These people owe me product or my money back!

I''ve sent over 6 emails with no response. Been months now and not even a reply!

Sent me half of what i paid for and they said they would send out the rest when i reordered or when it was back in stock by can't do either because they won't even respond to an email.

First time customer, very please with the speed of delivery, value for money and the product. However I was disappointed about the amount of plastic used in shipping it. It’s kind of understandable for the product itself to be in a good solid plastic bag (although I wish it wasn’t necessary), but does it really have to be wrapped again in layers and layers of more plastic just for shipping? There are really good low cost alternatives out there, that can be composted. Why not use them?

I purchased a bag of vita wheat gluten for bread making. Beautifully packaged in a resealable bag. Only 10 grams required per home made loaf. Beautiful stuff. Works so well. Well packaged with prompt delivery.

Total and complete RIP OFF do NOT deal with this company. They claim to have delivered to an address that is not ours and said I placed that address on my order. When we physically went and checked we found the address does not even exist, so they claim to have delivered to an address that is not even in our street. They are a scam, we have contacted the local police who have spoken with the Queensland police to investigate this company. Purewellness would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help us, would not check the delivery, did not offer to send to the correct address or to refund. There people are liars and thieves DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Threats from an abusive company, look how many negative reviews you have and what a surprise many saying you did not deliver products or refund. Publish what you what, a police investigation will show your company is a SCAM. Staff were rude, aggressive, insulting, dismissive and of NO HELP at all, you tried NOTHING. The address you say you delivered to DOES NOT EXIST, Google it, LIAR. You will tolerate the truth, this company should not be in business.

Terrible product really poor quality smells bad, slow shipping and poor customer service. Wish I had checked on productreview.com before buying as there’s plenty of others had similar experience on there and getting refused to refund for products not matching description. Asked for refund but have not responded to my emails and phone is not working so I certainly would not recommend them based upon my experience
