The receptionists are highly unprofessional and rude. I am first hand experiencer of the reviews given below. The two sister doctors who we met multiple times (Emily and Natalie) at this clinic, are nice, polite and professional. But the receptionists are just the opposite. Only go to this clinic if you have the tolerance level of either dealing with rude people or by passing the receptionists.

I saw Dr Natalie Salim my newish GP for a toe fungus I left too long and the antibiotics worked great the top photo is today the discolouration above cuticles is fake tan… its a 3 month course

The receptionist either lied or don't have booking system in place. They told me they don't except booking and claimed to be first in first out only, but they also don't know who come first, so basically it's based on your luck, if lucky, the doctor will call you first, it's a random queue system, prepare to wait there for 6 hours on average

Called up today on a Saturday at 1:30pm to ask for a booking for next week but the receptionist says to me that they have turned of there systems and are just about to leave ….. It says 3pm they close hence why I called earlier then the time!!! Next time don’t answer the phone if you’ve already shut your systems down cause that wastes your time and my breath!

This GP has been looking after my mother for over 10 years. I have been trying to get in touch with no success. My mum was diagnosed with dementia and is currently severely sick and I can't even get in touch with her doctor! There has been no effort to help her, they don't even have the capacity to tell me what medicines she's on. If something happens to my mum in the next few weeks I hope this comment comes into consideration. I hope this GP can be held liable for neglecting their patient, for not answering calls for immediate medical help from her GP regarding treatment. This GP has done nothing to help and when he has, its been because I have fought tooth and nail for it! All I want now is to pay what I have to, to get her complete medical records so I can take her to a real doctor and I can't even do that! Stay away from this GP!!! He will make sure you get so sick and then blame you for not telling him how to do his job ?

The place is always filled with waiting patients which is expected as there are only 2 doctors at a time.

It's not the drs that I am rating today, but the reception ladies, they are rude, they don't listen the practise has sliding doors that don't open properly so when you do finally get it to open your confronted with they're smirks and giggling as if we are the fools with the broken door?

They are rude when asking who is visiting today, and never update your details so every time you sit down with your dr your constantly giving information that should already be recorded.

They need to change reception be honest, I'm happy to wait in que to see my dr, but to talk to them and communicate is the only thing that brings a shadow light to this little practise

What's going on in this place, I don't get it. When I called to book an appointment before, they mentioned you don't need one and it's walk-in appointment. Now I went to see the doctor directly and there's a sign hanging on the door saying 'It's Closed' and it's 6 PM, when on Google it clearly says the place would stay open till 7PM.

Is this a joke or something, it's healthcare, human's basic right. If someone or some place can't or have the mentality to provide it sincerly, shold do something else and never even come to this profession in the first place.

P.S: I couldn't agree more on the remarks others mentioned regarding the receptionists.
