Office cancelled the appointment the day prior because I can't answer calls during work hours to confirm an already made appointment. Dr Peter Clark spent more time talking about himself or creating strange analogies, trying to push an alternative diagnosis to every other professional, that resulted in severe side effects when trialling the medication, which only made me very ill, and made the symptoms I'm seeking to alleviate far worse. I felt "coached" into agreeing to the alternate diagnosis. I found it impossible to contact him when instructed to report said severe side effects.

Dr Bandara is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. His friendly nature; attentive listening combined with a patient centered approach made me feel comfortable, understood and positive about our course of action. He provided me with plenty of information (paper based, videos and digital resources), followed by discussing his recommendations/management plan and how that would support me in achieving my goals.

My complaint is against the receptionist. I have worked in customer service my whole working life, and I don't like to speak badly of others in the industry as I know mistakes can happen, however the amount of times she has messed up is getting beyond ridiculous.
Firstly booking in a follow up appointment on a day that the Doctor was away (I even got a confirmation text for my telehealth a few days prior asking me to confirm). I waited at home for a call for 45 minutes, and then no answer when I called the office number.
When I got a response the following week, there was no apology.
I was informed the Doctor was on holidays and she would contact him as to when he could fit me in. I heard nothing for 5 days despite me reaching out several times (being left in limbo with no updates on communication progress is very daunting when it's in regards to mental health and disorders).
Appointment was rebooked about 10 days later (luckily), and as it was telehealth, my new script was going to be emailed to my chosen pharmacy. When I went to fill this script, it hadn't been sent to them. After an hour of them calling around for me, we found it she had sent it to the wrong pharmacy.
Dr Aung also told me I would be sent information on my condition, events I could attend related to my diagnoses. These were never sent.
I was told a physical copy of the script would then be sent to the pharmacy as this was the only way to refill my medication going forward. I went there on Monday as I had run out and they have not received my script in the mail.
Pharmacy called on my behalf multiple times with no answer.
When I was able to get a response I was told that the Doctor was on holidays again and will not be able to send a new script until next week, meaning I am without medication for 10 days at least.
Throughout all of this, I've never gotten an apology or acknowledgment that there have been screw ups on the admin teams behalf. It's been very exhausting, frustrating and has left me feeling very defeated.

If you require a doctor that is present & follows up with your treatment/medication I'd advise going elsewhere. Have needed to consult with Bandara on 4 separate occasions, all of which he's been interstate & was advised to see my gp. Not good enough
