At the Wentworthville branch, The receptionist is lovely but that’s where it stops. This afternoon it was absolutely disgusting the way the staff treated my partner and mother in law. Making barking dog noise, making fun of sick patients and laughing about it and then when being called out for the inappropriate behaviour taking no responsibility. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This will be taken further.

I have been to the Wentworthville PRP twice for obstetric USS and i must say both female Doctors were very thorough, patient and knowlegeable. When you come on time for your appointment the wait is usually 5-10 minutes. Very friendly receptionist.

The best part you get access to the report and images for personal reference.

PRP Wentworthville are highly proficient. The Reception Staff are most polite, the Practice Manager is beautiful and empathetic, The Radiographer, Steve is competent and gentle, my appointment was at 2 pm and everything related to my CT Scan was over by 2:10pm. I recommend this practice who work with integrity, responsibility and high productivity. Congratulations to this team of workers.

We rocked up with 10 minutes before their closing time, because i tried another place first, but found out they were closed for the day.
We were able to sneak in an xray for my child, and the staff were really lovely and helpful. Luckily they didn't seem to be busy when we got there (no one was in the waiting area), and I'm really happy that they were willing to do an xray for us.

I had my 13wk pregnancy scan booked at PRP Cumberland this morning and it was my best ultrasound scan ever done.. I was greeted by Aysha at the reception desk with a great big welcoming smile on her face.. My scan was done by Kylie who was also very welcoming and eased my anxiety as we had a chat during our walk to the room. During the scan Kylie patiently answered all my questions and talked through what we were looking at on the screen.. I left PRP with a great big grin from one ear to another,it was a pleasant experience and I have a numerous amount of photos which were taken at the perfect angle which ive been looking at all day.. I will definitely be returning to PRP Cumberland for my future scans... Thankyou Aysha and Kylie for all your help,patience and assistance today..

very lovely team! i wear a headscarf and the ladies were going above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable. one lady even waited a few minutes with me whilst i was in the MRI machine to be certain i was doing okay. the receptionist was also lovely and sweet (sorry i dont know their names). the team did an exceptional job and took my nerves away easily. thank you ladies for making this experience smooth and memorable for me. ?
