I have been a patient for over 20yrs & I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I’ve even had to travel back to the area over the years just to continue to use their services.
My parents & children & grandchildren are also patients.
I adore the receptionists who are always so warming & helpful for all my needs especially Melissa who assists with extra large family needs.Linda,Kathy just to name a few who are all wonderful.

Dr Pitch is our go to doctor who is also wonderful.

There’s not enough stars for how highly I recommend their services.
They really do care in looking after their patients.

Recently remodelled, this place now looks as good as the quality of care it provides. Wait times are quite long as doctors often run behind, but it's not hard to see why, as my doctor often takes time to ensure all options are being assessed and also informs and educates me about medications and plans of treatment. I'm incredibly grateful to this place for restoring my trust in healthcare professionals, after having dealt with one too many bad doctors at other medical centres.

When our son was born in 2020, we decided we needed a family Dr. We attended provincial medical centre and had Dr Chew. We told him in that very first meeting we were so impressed with him we wanted him to be our family Dr from that point on. Since then he has assisted our family with a range of issues and is always kind and compassionate. I can never thank him enough.
Mel on reception is also a superstar, she is kind and caring and listens to peoples needs.

Booked at 2pm. Receptionist said there is 4 patients in front. Asked again 2 hrs later how many patients in front, still she said 4 patients in front! Absolutely ridiculous! Receptionist reply was “it is always like this” Ended up waiting 3 hours with a two year old toddler to be seen even though the waiting room is empty!! Unbelievable! Never coming back!

Dr Pich is an exceptional general practioner who has been treating my complex medical needs during the last 13 years. He always goes well above and beyond, with utmost compassion and understanding. Without him, my quality of life would not be the same.

I am also very thankful for the ongoing service that Melissa provides on the reception desk. Nothing is ever too difficult for her.

I book an appointment at 2:15 two days before. On the day I rang at 1:30 to ask the receptionist if Dr Beshay is behind schedule, receptionist said yes. And ask how many more patients before my appointment she said 4 more patients. I came in the clinic around 3pm to ask how many more before me she said 4 more and I ask her since 1:30pm has 4 patients and it’s 3:00 still 4 .receptionist did not tell me why she just said that’s what it is!!
UNBELIEVABLE!!
So I waited and stay at maccas to have something to eat, came back at 4;00 pm still not my turn I have waited inside the clinic I ask receptionist why it’s taking so long she just answered me “ it’s always been like this” shaking my head!!
don’t get me wrong I don’t mind waiting but 3hours wait, that is too much specially with my 2year old with me to mind. I’m not waiting for a specialist, just a general practitioner to get my blood test results.
Unbelievable!! Never again!!

until 5:15PM finally!!
From 2:15-5:15 WOW!! just to get my blood test results!!
Doctor didn’t say sorry to keep you waiting!!!

I've been going here for six years, the receptionists are always so busy but have always welcomed me with a smile and when it's been something that's actually serious have always gone above and beyond to help out. The wait time can be extreme and very frustrating which is why I can't give 5 stars. The doctors I've seen are good, Dr Chew is my go to although can be hard to get in to see but I've heard you do online bookings now so hopefully makes it easier!
