First went in with some minor concerns. As soon as I arrive was told I was next patient in, nice short wait. Dr listened and gave referral for some blood tests. Got results back within 1 day and got alert to rebook for appointment with Dr. easily done through HotDoc link. Arrived for follow up, advised 1 patient in front of me, only 10min wait, was seen and advised of results and we created a follow up plan. Friendly reception, friendly and knowledgeable Dr. Would definitely recommend Dr Chowdry.

The reception staff are polite and efficient, but the doctors... I've had three visits in a row, and I've come away feeling that Dr. Google would have been more help.

It used to be a good surgery with intelligent doctors. Now it's just a waste of time and money.

The reception staff are friendly and efficient making sure you know on arrival how many patients are before you and timeframe for your wait. I see several doctors within the practice and have always had responsive and respectful care.

The doctor I met today Zia I think his name was, actually took the time to explain things in a way I understood. People skills 10/10.
The reception staff were lovely and kind and got me an appointment on short notice.
I highly recommended them.

I visited this centre with my baby who was unwell and not having proper milk intake for 5+ days. I told him he did not drink for 16+ hours. The Dr I saw was supposed to specialise in children. He did not weigh my baby properly. Never looked in his ears or throat. Told me that because he was happy there was no issue despite rashes, not drinking and persistent sickness. When I told him that less than 50% milk intake is cause for ED visit he said who says? He also said my baby had a full nappy but it was less than 20% of a full nappy. He told me he was too lazy to read the NSW health blue book for my babies past growth chart recordings and then persisted to say that he weighs XXX amount he is fine, when in fact this is an ongoing issue. As soon as I said my baby had been sick he dismissed my other concerns about previous issues of feeding with my baby and said “must of been sick” even when I said he was perfectly fine. This Dr then proceeded to tell me that he knows he did not answer my questions, handed me a cut out piece of paper that said “red flags” and sent me on my way. The ironic thing is my baby had 3/5 of the red flags but this Dr was more insistent on not actually looking into anything to do with my baby. My baby had difficulty breathing the previous day and we almost went to urgent care. He did check my babies chest and asked a question at the same time and told me to SHH. We are new to the area, and will never ever visit again. I got to my car with my baby who IS crying from hunger and cried the whole way home. I will always advocate for a my babies health and the dismissive behaviour this GP displayed was atrocious.

Arrived 10 minutes before appt time & checked in at front desk. Checked HotDoc 15 minutes after appt time to see where I was in queue & I was not showing as checked in. I went back to the front desk & was told that Dr. had just finished with a patient & I was first in the queue. 25 minutes later I still had not been called. Back to desk to let them know I could not wait any longer, by this time I had been there 50 minutes, and I had another appt I needed to get to. Appt was rescheduled to next week. Appt is to get results of tests, I hope there is nothing that needs to be followed up because I booked my appt more than three weeks ago.

My first appointment was meant to be a longer, more indepth appointment. It didn't seem indepth as there was no blood or other tests done. I would have thought the doctor would like to get a full picture of my health.
