The receptionist lady was very kind, and helpful but I had an appointment with DR SIMON, he did not seem interested in what I had to say, kept shutting me down when I would bring up injuries that are related to what I had booked in to see him for, I felt discriminated against and not taken serious. There’s is too much hate in the world never would I think that a doctor would be like this.. I am very disappointed.

I recently moved to the area a few Go months ago and started Seeing the doctors at this medical Centre , I highly recommend. I have had Medical Issues for a couple years and seen plenty of doctors Who dismissed and ignored my symptoms. However every doctor i have seen here has been supportive. These doctors are immensely qualified and really good at their jobs

Booked an appointment for my sons 18 month immunisation shots Karen & ash were the nurses that performed the needles they were honestly the best and made me and my son so comfortable the place is also so nice and clean so glad to have a great medical centre so close to my house . Definetly reccomend .

I was recommended to come here years ago to see Dr Samira Etemad. She was ok and attentive at first, seeming like she actually cared when she was seeing me or my son. Then she started getting busy and you couldn’t get in to see anyone for weeks. As she got busier I felt as though I was very hurried any time I went in. I would have to often see other doctors there so it was hard to maintain that rapport or history with just one doctor. I stopped going there for a while but recently went back and saw Dr Farah but wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t really feel as though I was listened to or given the time of day. I mentioned I had seen a paed for my son but his next appt was delayed due to admin issues on their end so I was seeing a few different health professionals and she said to try not to do that… oh sure. I’d love to stay with the same doctor or specialist and feel as though they know us and our history to not have to repeat myself 50 times but that’s not the reality. Health professionals are SO BUSY. It’s almost impossible to stay consistent and see the same person that actually CARES. That wants to listen and get to the bottom of things. Most doctors get up and open the door before you’ve even finished what you wanted to say.
