I've been to at least six different clinical study places not just in California
PROSCIENTO is by far the best for healthy volunteer studies . For me it was not just about the study or the payments, It is about respect it's about having good enough food and activities to kill out the time

This stuff is really kind we went on outside walks almost every day in the study , they are attentive to your needs and care about your well-being
I consider myself lucky to have had Emily Becky as my coordinater , she's the kindest person with a smile I have ever come across in the field .

I’m convinced this place lure you with the promise of having a good paying study just to collect your sample and waste your time. Have literally been burned by this place 3 times. First time they said study got delayed and never got back to me. Second time they said study got cancelled like ONE DAY before the check in date. 3rd time they said my lab results are out of range and doesn’t allow redraw. An ultimate time waster (and gas waster considering I drove all the way from OC). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The care quality is also subpar, and the room is tiny.

This place completely waste your time they always find the littlest reasons I'm 41 years old and I told him I took Flintstone vitamins when I was a kid and they said since you took a multivitamin you don't meet the requirements for this study. They lure you in were promises of getting good money then push you off the ledge of disappointment

I’m in my fourth day of a study and I can’t sleep with a machine they run tests. The machine is in the study’s room and the MAs decided to run the tests as 00:00am when everyone is trying to sleep for the second night on a role.
The AC is also cold even though I requested to change.
The food is great and most of the staff are nice, besides of the ones whose speaks loud on the rooms.
I’m a little disappointed with seeing the staff having very poor empathy.

This was my first Clinical trial and the staff and doctors were friendly, kind, and patient.

I was there only a few days and enjoyed it.

Screening and in-house stay went smoothly!

Food was decent actually. 🙂

Definitely would recommend this place.

I've been coming here for a year now for my recurring labs. I can say that primarily the staff are more organized than the quest on 4th st Chula Vista. I just wanted to point out that Monica and her staff were very customer service outstanding!!! I couldn't ask for more. I hope Monica and her staff is recognized for their professionalism, superve customer service and attention to detail. I make an appointment and they're always on schedule and I don't have to wait. They always answer any questions I may have and provide guidance especially now with all the changes after COVID19 Pandemic happened. I will recommend this Quest lab on 3rd Ave to all my family and friends or anyone who needs labs. I would give Monica 100 stars if I could. May 11,2022.
