I saw Yanthe for neck pain after getting a neck spasm, my mobility was limited and neck was super tight but after the acupuncture session I felt instant relief! She also did scraping and cupping which was amazing. Yanthe has great energy and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her. Highly recommend!

I’ve experienced burn out in many stages of my life and can see now that it is a reoccurring pattern. Talieh has helped me to realign by learning to appreciate my self and put myself first. This has been a super important learning curve for me. She’s also helped me prioritise things that nourish the body which has resulted in a deeper connection between mind and body - something id lost touch with for a while.

I felt so depleted when I first stepped in the Project Dao doors and now I finally feel back on track after months of tiredness, so thank you Talieh for your guidance, treatment and genuine care.

I have never had acupuncture before, so didn't really know what to expect. But I came away from my appointment with Ahil feeling energised. The clinic is an incredibly calming space and I felt I was with someone who knew what they were doing. Looking forward to my next visit!

I am certainly not one to do reviews but I think it’s worth my 2 cents. I also find it odd they have received only 5 star reviews so perhaps mine will be review will be removed in the future.

I didn’t respect or appreciate the pressure to commit to a schedule. I never asked for a plan?First the practitioner stated 1 session a week over 12 weeks then later said you will need 2x sessions in the first 2 weeks.

I was overcharged $100 which I had to follow up via email to ensure it was being processed into my nominated account.

I really did not feel any significant benefit whatsoever for a short session costing $180 for a senior practitioner.

The place itself is a bit of a dive in my opinion with no hand towel in the bathroom.

Overrated, will not be coming back

I have been seeing Yanan for a little over 3 or 4 sessions for Compassionate Enquiry. I have been sorely disappointed by the limitations of psychologists in the past. Compassionate Enquiry is worth every cent- not shying away from difficult emotions, in the safest of spaces, being provided with an action plan after the FIRST session not the 8th-9th, and understanding myself to a whole new level. Yanan is a breath of fresh air, she has outstanding intuitive skills, pinpointing and rephrasing my deepest pains in the most validating way. I am incredibly thankful for Yanan helping me during this difficult period of my life, beyond words.

I have been seeing Talieh at Project Dao since August 2024 and my life has changed so much for the better. The practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine is so much more than healing physical ailments. Talieh, through acupuncture and working with beliefs/ideas I hold to be true (she taught me all illness has its origins in the mind, whether it is physical or mental/psychological/emotional symptoms that present) has helped me to heal a pattern of burnout, process emotions and resolve psychological afflictions. A beautiful space, nourishing sessions, expert and compassionate staff - I recommend Project Dao to everyone 🙂
