I did some shifts for them in March 2021 as a registered nurse. The online app was a great idea however I live in Sydney and all the shifts were in the Newcastle area. Great if they have work near you but was not reliable enough for me to depend on. Maybe different now but that is my experience from then. I emailed to return the shirt (i still haev it in a mail bag but am unsure what to do with it now) and a lady rang me at the time and asked if i did not want to do agency anymore and I told her I did but php have no work available to me which was my honest feedback. Thankfully I got another agency job (which paid more- $56 per hour) so could pay my bills. Work is where they have it but I was not willing to get a train for hours comute for work when closer can be an option.

my advice is to make sure they have work in a place you are willing to travell to if you choose to sign up. I hope they have changed but am unwilling to try again and experience the same potential disapointment.
