My whole family attend this clinic and have always had excellent experiences. The nursing staff are fantastic with my young child’s immunisations, the clinic is always running on time, admin staff are friendly and the doctors (in particular Dr Mashado and Dr Larwood who we have seen most recently) deliver quality clinical care. If I was able to give zero stars I would.
Booked an appointment to see a doctor Christine Osborne after arriving back from an overseas trip as I had swimmers ear, which I have had before.

It is extremely painful in general and even more so as I had just gotten off an international flight.

Previously I have had a swab of my ear taken and given both ear drops and viral antibiotics to treat, which I mentioned to Christine. (With this treatment previously I was still off I’ll for 4 days).

Christine prescribed only ear drops and said book another appointment if you get a fever or pain worsens, she did not even swab my ear. The appointment was $109 and the ear drops were $64.

I’m currently lying in bed on a Saturday night with a fever and pain radiating all down the right side of my face waiting for a virtual doctors appointment!

Absolutely disgusting and sheer laziness! Used to be a great local doctors, however now absolutely disgusting!

We drive from an hour away to see Dr Feng at this clinic. The immunisation nurses and reception staff are so lovely. Oh and the blood people. Come to think of it my awesome podiatrist is is also here. What's not to love! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this clinic especially the staff. The doctors are also exceptional where they take their time to understand your needs, hear your concerns and provide a very holistic personalised approach to providing health care and advice.

My partner and I visited this clinic to have her stitches removed from her forehead. On the day of the appointment, two nurses struggled to remove the stitches, but they eventually completed the procedure, and we went back home.

A week later, we visited a scar removal clinic and discovered that one (or possibly more) stitches were still left in her forehead. Initially, we thought it was just a scab. The scar clinic advised us to revisit the GP where the stitches were removed, as they were unable to handle it themselves.

I contacted the clinic again by phone and explained the situation. However, the receptionist who answered was extremely rude and blamed us for wanting to return to have the stitches removed. Despite explaining that the matter was urgent because the wound had already begun to heal, they treated us as if it were a routine issue and scheduled the appointment much later than we hoped.

When we revisited, the result was no better. The GP on duty claimed the remaining stitch was "inside" and tried to justify it, which seemed like nothing more than an excuse. Afterward, we contacted the hospital where the original stitches were done. They clarified that they used two types of stitches: dissolvable stitches for the muscle layer and non-dissolvable stitches for the skin. This made it clear that the clinic had failed to properly remove the skin stitches.

This clinic has shown a complete lack of responsibility and accountability. Their attitude toward patients is terrible, and I would never return. Avoid this place at all costs.

Addtionally, I complaint about this matter through office email, didn't hear anything over 2 weeks.
