Dr Verma is amazing supportive and helpful
She is very kind and knowledgeable especially in antenatal care
She was with my wife since we found out she's pregnant and was with us all the way and referred us to the hospital.

I had a urine test on Monday and received text messages on Wednesday and Thursday stating that the test results were available and advising me to book an appointment to discuss them with a doctor. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday afternoon, but when I saw the doctor, the results were not ready. They informed me that the results would be available next Monday. This was a waste of my time and money. Because of private insurance, I had to pay gap fee today (that’s okay) but when i asked if i need to pay gap fee again on Monday and the answer is of course yes and it’s their fault but i have to pay again.

Dr Mohammed told me after having a operation on my bladder for cancer treatment that I'm not welcome at this medical centre because I am Australian born and bred he told me to find a new doctor because he only except new Australian people i have never been so offended in my life . I 100 percent say it's the most racist experience I have ever had

Today’s nurse was very helpful and she even educated me about some knowledge on vaccines.I am really scared of needles but the nurse was gentle. And the bonus is that, all of the nurses and doctors are so good looking!! Definitely recommend this clinic, they are real professional ?

Service is alright, but have to wait more then an hr even i have an appointment. Friendly doctors and Nurses but Reception is really rude.
