I recently visited Priority Medical for my vaccination, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process seamless. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit.

The nurse who administered my vaccine was also fantastic. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also made sure to explain the process clearly, which put me at ease. Her gentle approach made the injection virtually painless!

Overall, I highly recommend Priority Medical for their exceptional team and commitment to patient care. Thank you for making my visit so positive!

This is the first time we have taken service at this medical centre. We are pretty happy with the overall service here. Specifically, we thank the person who pushed the vaccine for us. Her name is Sabina. Her hand was so smooth that she drove the injection. We have always struggled to get my 7-year-old son's vaccinations done. This is the first time Sabina has made it a breeze. I was so surprised and thankful to her. We will find her to get any niddle need to be done in future.

I recently visited Priority Medical Centre for a scheduled appointment with a general practitioner and was extremely disappointed by the receptionist's behavior. Despite having private health insurance that covers 100% of GP visits, I was charged an additional fee before seeing the doctor.

When I asked for clarification, the receptionist was incredibly rude and aggressive, failing to provide a clear explanation for the extra charge. Her argumentative attitude and lack of customer service skills made the situation even more frustrating. In addition to the payment issues, I was left waiting for over an hour without any updates or explanations for the delay.

Overall, my experience at Priority Medical Centre was severely impacted by the receptionist's misbehavior and failure to provide basic customer service. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure that future patients are treated with respect and receive clear, helpful information regarding their appointments and charges.

Not many medical centres opens after 1pm Sat. I needed to have my eye checked after a sporting injury. Luckily found Priority Medical centre open in Harris Park. Quite deceiving looking from the outside, it's quite a big centre and although it's pretty busy and a new patient there were no issues being accepted like some medical centre.

Like I mentioned it was quite busy, but surprisingly time went super fast. From the receptions and fill out the online form was quick and easy, and directed to an area await your turn. Then was called in by the nurse, did a quick verification of details and waited for the doctor. Might feel a long time, but I definitely give credit to the nurse. She was serving 3 different patients on her own. Then the doctor coming in an out doing exactly the same.

So if you thinking you are waiting for ages, have a look around and compare the ratio of staff and patients and give them a big thank you for their services.

By the time it was my turn, I had my eye lid stitched, injected, being informed of the process etc. The services was fantastic all round. Two thumbs up👍

Magda is lovely and friendly. She is really good at her work and it's not even painful when she draws blood for the blood tests. It's always nice to work with her.

RIDICULOUS experience. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional.

I came here for iron infusion, B12 injections .

They said they would charge initially out of pocket 20$ for the injections and rest of the visits they will not. But they charged on every injection as per their mood. Sometimes they did , sometimes they didn’t.

No doctor consultation was provided during these visits but Dr Hussain said he would still charge his consultation. And he is not even my doctor. I had a different doctor but he charged his consultation fee to me.

I am extremely frustrated by the dumb answers given by the receptionist.

During my visit, i also noticed :
If someone voices out, they don’t charge and if someone doesn’t ask them , they keep on charging unnecessary out of pocket charges like in my case NO DOCTOR WAS CONSULTED STILL I HAD TO PAY CONSULTATION FEE .

Terrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional!

I booked an appointment here over a month ago, expecting professional service when my wife need one. However, at the last minute, they called and canceled my appointment without offering any reasonable alternative. No effort was made to accommodate me or even assist in rescheduling. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to the inconvenience they caused.

It’s clear that the reception staff lacks proper training in customer service and basic professionalism. If this center wants to improve, they should seriously consider training their front desk staff on how to handle patient concerns with care and efficiency.

This level of mismanagement and disregard for patients is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional medical center, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

They call this priority medical centre, which is ironic because these people give absolutely no priority to their word or appointments. We booked an appointment at 8:30pm today to see a doctor at 7:30 pm someone from this centre called and told us that we have to come by 8pm as the doctor has to leave early, when we mentioned that we can’t the rude receptionist mentioned to cancel the appointment. This centre should be blacklisted from Medicare and don’t deserve any paying patients
