Needed an urgent appointment for my daughter today. The reception staff were extremely helpful, got us in quickly! The New Female Doctor (Dr Asma) was very good & listened to my concerns. Bulk Billed us and could go right next door to the Pharmacy who were also soo lovely. Just made a stressful time so much easier! Thank you!

I recently visited Prince Street and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Asma. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care.

The receptionist, Skyla, was an absolute delight. She was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Her positive attitude and warm smile made me feel at ease.

Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you to Dr. Asma, and Skyla for making my visit a pleasant one!

If you are pregnant, look elsewhere. I completely understand mistakes happen and things get missed, however, the quantity of issues I faced at this clinic during and after my pregnancy were crazy. First, at 10 weeks I went for a blood test - 2 weeks later I called the pathology as I hadn’t heard anything. I was told they contacted my doctor for a recollect over a week prior. Next, I called the hospital to ask why I hadn’t been contacted about my referral, they didn’t receive it. When I called Prince St to ask what happened they were very defensive and seemed cross at me? Like I was to blame? Thankfully my care went to the hospital soon after. Post birth, I visited with my baby at 2 weeks. When I visited again at 4 weeks it felt like the doctor had never seen us before. I was also made to feel very guilty at this point for choosing to formula feed which I didn’t appreciate. At this appointment I also rebooked for my daughters 6 week needles (on a Friday as my partner doesn’t work Fridays). 2 weeks later (the day of the needles) I get a call 2 hours before the appointment to say “no nurse works on Friday so we need to reschedule”. At this point I’m baffled as to why I was able to book on Friday in the first place. I then asked to rebook on the following Monday after 3:30pm as my partner would be home by then - I kid you not, the receptionist said “we can rebook you for Monday after 3:30pm but the doctor will probably be heading home at 2:30pm on Monday so I’ll call you on Monday to reschedule”. That was it for us.

Son needed medical review for licence hasn't needed a doctor since we moved to here 6 years ago heard they were had open books, rang to make sure they could do the report which the person on the phone checked and said they could next week. We attended the appointment and the doctor had no knowledge of the way to do this report & refused to do medical. Did know know have to access the national medical record online. Wouldn't recommend at all. Very poor service by Doctor & receptionist. Small country town misses out on good service again.

Dr. Amany Abdel Galil has been fantastic we hope to make her our family doctor if she is committed to staying in Clarence Tpwn. She’s very knowledgeable and caring and supported my son in an extraordinary fashion during a recent hospital stay and follow up. I would highly recommend more locals visit this practice so that we can keep her in our area.
