If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I called on Sunday morning to see a doctor urgently. Receptionist said a walk in would take around an 1 hour. Understanding this, we went in and I was rejected and turned away as the 'doctor was not seeing any female patients'. I find this absolutely absurd. This also should have been communicated when we called before going in.

Dr Kapila is fantastic. Personable and caring, she has a great approach towards caring for her patients and takes into consideration their personal needs. The medical practice is my top preferred one to attend in the Homebush area.

I really hope I don’t have to come back here. I’ve been waiting 50 minutes for my pre-booked appointment for my newborn, and still haven't been attended to. For a newborn!! She is not even 3 weeks old!!!

Don’t go here if you don’t want to wait a very long time even if you have an appointment. They prioritise walk ins which is absurd considering they have barely any availability when you want to book an appointment & receptionist is not helpful at all.

Staff are nice and polite, even at short notice, they tried and managed to fit me in the earliest available time to consult a doctor.

I needed a quick walk in appointment today and the team were very pleasant to get me the appointment.
Also, I had consultation with Dr. Shailendra and he was really humble and most professional doctor.
I also liked the clinic’s well designed integrated system for new patient like filling quick online form instead of lengthy papers.
