The staff here are amazing, if it an emergency the will ask some to change their appointment to cater for them.
I highly recommend Prime Physiotherapy,, I have been going there when necessary seeing Patrick who never fails to elevate my issues.

I've had a shoulder injury for over 13 years and my initial attempts to treat it with a Physiotherapist from another clinic in another local area altogether were troublesome, as the Physiotherapist I dealt with came across as unconfident and did not inspire my confidence in his abilities.

Whilst I shouldn't have let these dissuade from me seeking proper treatment, I did let it drag on because it wasn't too painful and not much of a hindrance.

However after many years I finally decided to get it treated properly this time and booked in a Physiotherapy session at Prime Physiotherapy. I am so glad I did. I was seen by Patrick who after my explanation of the cause of the injury and from the first session, was able to diagnosis my problem and provide me treatment at the clinic as well as home treatment to do between sessions.

Patrick explained in easy enough words, exactly what was going on with my shoulder. His treatment at the clinic has been nothing but professional with a clear detailed understanding of the human anatomy. I've had about 3 treatment sessions to date and have noticed major improvements already, not just in pain reduction but an improvement in movement of my shoulder/arm.

I highly recommend Prime Physiotherapy and will definitely return should I have any other issues in future 🙂

Had my physiotherapy last week with horrendous experience. My arm and shoulder had several blisters and wounds because therapist didn't know the frequency of the equipment. To make it worse after visiting the centre advised that is elergic reaction because of the bandage and use some cream on the burns. It was not at all professional approach as I have suffer more pain than relaxation. Will never recommend to anyone. If I were allowed, would post pictures to bring them shame.
