Was ushered out the door when I felt the diagnosis was incorrect. Have since confirmed that the GP was wrong and my daughter did in fact have a more serious condition. I am also a medical professional and thus found this service unacceptable. The ladies at the front desk were lovely in finding an earlier appointment, but that’s where the positive experience stopped.

Seen 4 doctors at this surgery for the same symptoms after having hernia surgery. Pleaded with them it was not what they were saying. After refusing to refer me for further testing and blood tests they made me feel so little it took me month to bring myself to see another gp. Here we are today after seeing doctors at my health palm beach and a local physio and finding out myself and my 2 daughters have an auto immune disease. Which I was suspicious of to begin with and had mentioned to prime health doctors only for them to rudely brushed my concerns off to hurry me out the door. I wasn’t letting this effect my children’s lives the way it has mine. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Your health is better off with you not going at all. I will be following up and making an official complaint with the clinic and the health system. I genuinely hope this has helped someone.

Dr Ash and the entire admin and nursing team has been amazing with my 79 year old Mother. The are all extremely empathetic and very thorough. I can highly recommend this medical practice to anyone needing great care. You will be in great hands.

I’ve been going to this Clinic for as long as I can remember! The ladies at the front desk are always so kind. I see Dr Rajvinder Kaur, she is just Devine! Dr Kaur is gentle, kind, understanding and makes me feel at ease every-time I am in her office. Thank you for all you do ❤️

I can’t speak highly of this clinic, I have moved recently from Melbourne and was very unwell with the flu and they were so accommodating when I needed to get a certificate see the doctor to get another certificate and also to make appointments ASAP, the reception staff and the doctors are amazing and lovely. I work with in the medical field and I was very impressed with the treatment and the service I received. This clinic definitely deserves 5 stars

Currently on the tale end of my twin pregnancy!
Safe to say best surgery I have ever been too, have been going for almost 3 years and I didn’t think my experience could be any better until becoming pregnant.
Dr Danielle was always on top of everything always 1 step ahead and any concerns she always looked into.
The reception staff are AMAZING very nice to be greeted with a smile everytime and for them to remember who you are just makes the experience a lot nicer.
