The system as a whole is a little outdated compared to other EHR/Billing software. It tends to lag even after updating. You have to do many steps to just get one thing done. However, I am giving this 5 stars due to Michelle at support. She is by far, the best. I have called many times for questions and unfortunately, I don't always get greeted with a good attitude or willingness to help. Michelle however, has always been so kind & thorough. She is very comprehensive and is usually able to provide me with the information I need and even if she does not have the answer she will research and call me back. She has provided excellent support service. Our company has used Prime Clinical for many years and I have always experienced excellent client service from Michelle.
