Should be providing masks if you want people to wear them. It’s ridiculous they make you to go down to the pharmacy and buy them. I mean there ain’t no mask restrictions anymore. I’m a health care worker too and masks are always provided free of charge to the patients.

Dr Alex Gill is my GP and has been the most attentive and through GP I have ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely listens, cares, follows up and is also great with kids.
Appointments are not a problem at the centre with multiple great GPs.
There is a pathology, radiology, skin cancer doctor, dentist, acupuncture and pharmacist and they are all lovely.

This is a review to correct the impression given by earlier reviews
This place is the same as the Primary medical and dental Centre, Robina
It is very very good
Superb facilities
Very nice receptionists
We were served by Tarnisha and by Matiah, the health assessor who was absolutely brilliant and caring, top marks for her and all the staff
Highly recommended
We had come here for our immigration medical check up. This was the earliest date available for us as a family and having flown in from Melbourne overnight, it was a pleasure coming to this place despite our nervousness
Dr Jennifer Cortes was the GP who was as professional as she needed to be but still made us feel at ease with her unassuming, kind and considerate way of examination.
We had a very good experience from the first check in at the reception to the concluding blood tests at the pathology lab.
Well done, team, keep up the good work.
We definitely will recommend this place to anyone else who wants to get a medical check up for immigration purposes.
However, I must also add that we saw the same ethos in the way they dealt with other patients too.

Had a CT scan on my back on Wed as I could hardly walk. Got a sms to say the results were in on Thursday. Phoned to book appt for results, couldn’t be told until Tuesday!! I am in severe pain, unable to work or do much else. A doctor can’t spare 5 minutes to phone me and let me know what if anything is wrong? Where’s the duty of care? Going to another clinic Friday morning to get results. They have lost me as a patient. Won’t make any difference to them, too big and too busy.

Receptionist was a rude miserable individual..looked like it just got out of bed..no smile..no pleasantries..apparently the new uniform is a scruffy grey sweat jacket..very professional NOT..personality was not much better or its colleague..I wasted my time going down there as I was told by the dr and the receptionist, when I booked, it would be bulk billed the first three visits as part of the health plan and a cost thereafter however it all changed when I got there I had to pay up front !!..so ended up having to cancel the appt. .....get your facts right and change your attitude or people will look elsewhere like I will be.. there is plenty of opposition out there..what a waste of my precious time..thanks for nothing..very negative place not to mention depressing.. no positive vibes there.
