FANTASTIC PEOPLE. Customer service wonderful. Ladies and gentleman in the dispensery are absolutely FABULOUS. Always having a chat and a laugh. I feel special when they call me by my name. I'm not just a number. Seriously they deserve a raise.

Lady named Linda…very rude and demeaning!
Never felt so uncomfortable in a store..
There was a ripped open makeup brush so I looked at the brush since it was open, Linda proceeded to take the brush out of my hands! If you check the camera you would clearly see I was not the one to open the box.
She then had some other young girl follow myself and my friend around the store.
Mind you I spent $230 that day and shouldn’t have! Even bought the brush.
My husband and I go there regularly and spend a lot at Priceline however Linda was so unprofessional and needs to be trained better.
So up herself and over confident.

Juliana the wetheril park priceline supervisor on 21/12/24 working at 6:30pm, absolutely rude and disrespectful towards customers. Came in for a simple refund that should’ve held no issues. She clearly misunderstood that it was paid through cash, didn’t even check the receipt properly, and was refusing to refund through the original payment method. She finally read the receipt properly and gave a refund after we had to reexplain multiple times. Despite her mistake, she continued throughout the interaction with a rude and disrespectful attitude. It’s disappointing that some people can’t just hold basic interpersonal skills and communicate. It’s the basis of life and especially a customer service job.
And yes juliana, you should definitely rethink working in retail if you cant process a basic refund or communicate with common human decency x embarrassing behaviour

EMILY - make-up section - Afternoon Shift - 7:33PM

To be very honest, I’m not the type to write reviews (good or bad) about my experiences, however the level of detailed, professional and overall excellent customer service that I’ve received today have compelled me to leave this positive review.

As a relatively new person to make-up, I was super nervous walking in store today, but Emily was so kind, welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. She helped me choose the correct foundation and concealer shade - even guiding me in choosing the perfect mascara (as my go to was out of stock). Her genuine care for customers really stood out to me and I could not help but feel so proud of her - though I just met her today!

Even though it was time for her to go on break, she ensured that I had a smooth process in choosing products and feeling confident in what I was purchasing, all whilst helping other customers simultaneously! I could go on and on about what a lovely young woman she is and how her genuine care for customers really radiated in store today. I was not the only customer to compliment her on her service, and I hope that her talent, expertise and good personality will be recognised within the Priceline community.

Emily, you have outdone yourself! Your willingness to help others and your positive attitude are a reflection of what a great person you are!

Thanks to Emily, I will definitely be shopping at Priceline Wetherill Park more often. Well done recruiters, well done Priceline Wetherill Park - you’ve just gained a new loyal customer.

Very rude and unacceptable behaviour from an Indian guy working in Medical field (script), around 12.55 pm today . If you don’t like what ur doing leave it ! Customer service in this Priceline is all bad , they don’t want to serve you trying to avoid

my experience was amazing! i went in yesterday and i had riyanna serve me. what a kindhearted and bubbly person she is. she is so nice to talk to and she’s a really good salesperson as i didn’t expect to spend $80 in the matter of 5 minutes but it was worth it 😂 she’s a gorgeous girl inside and out and definitely deserves a pay rise!
