My wife and I have been customers of Priceline Warwick for the whole time we have lived in Warwick, however today’s visit may be my last. Today, they, having been closed for the show holiday yesterday, I submitted 3 scripts and asked to speak to a Pharmacist about the description on a script filled three days previously which was totally at odds with the information given to me by my doctor in relation to dosage and frequency.
I was told the pharmacist was too busy to talk then and to come back in 15minutes and speak to the pharmacist when collecting my filled prescriptions. I returned around 20 minutes later and waited…and waited…finally, after almost an hours wait in total, my scripts were ready and I expected to speak with the pharmacist. But no, despite standing next to me, she refused to speak to me. So, if my interpretation of my doctor’s verbal instructions are in error, and i suffer any adverse reactions due to the refusal of the Pharmacist to take 30 seconds to speak to me about the description that appears to be in error, then be it on her head. I will think very carefully about venturing back into Priceline Warwick in future if that is their attitude to their customers, no matter how busy they may be.

They've lost scripts "kept on file", filled the wrong scripts when ordered through the app, and never offered an explanation or apology for the mistakes. Shop elsewhere.

I was recently in this chemist to purchase a script ( i am from brisbane)
& when i was told what the cost of the item was, more than double what i normally pay i nearly fell over. The pharmacist asked where i was from and then blamed the extra distance to have products delivered
I have had another script filled at another chemist in warwick same deal
Double the cost
Do your research guys
I have mentioned to larger companys in brisbane to open up shop in Warwick as the locals are getting taken for a ride
