Today I experienced the worst customer service. I went over to ask for some assistance for finding a product. Three girls were standing huddled in a corner near the perfumes writing and calling out across the store about their ‘boyfriend love notes’. I looked and tried asking for help when one of the girls (one with dark brown hair) started looking at me and kept laughing so loudly it could have been heard from the other side of the store about the note she was reading. Unhappy I asked about girl for help (with lighter blonde hair) she kept apologising saying how they weren’t professional and how I had to wait. She showed me where the product was and went and joined back to the other two girls in the corner and they kept talking. Absolutely unprofessional and I’ve never seen anything like it!

It was the first and last experience of getting my prescription filled. Left my 3 scripts at the counter and said I would come back to pick it up. I went away for about half hour and when I came back, I was told that they were just doing it at that moment.I thought it would have been plenty of time to do it, and would not have been as bad except for the fact that I was running short of time. Then, I waited another 15 minutes while he filled it. Got to the check out and found that I only had one item, so went back to be told that one item , they didn't have and had forgotten the other one. So waited another 10 minutes for it. By this time, I was running late. I will use another pharmacy in future

Stuart the Pharmacist is always Polite, helpful and goes above and beyond what is expected of him with all the Customer's needs I personally want to stay with Priceline Upper just for Stuart and his attitude towards his Customer's have been so far for around 8 years and continue to stay with them, Thank you for being there for All of us Stuart YOU are the BEST 👌 👍 EVER

The pharmacy section is very slow, i put my script in and said id come back for it to give them time to do it i went away went shopping and had some food and came back and still not ready I really do believe this should have been done a lot quicker, also heaps of staff behind computers and no eye contact with clients or to greet me and even ask what I was there for, it took them way too long to greet and meet an appropriate time fram for delivering scripts

From the Pharmacist to the staff, 10 out of 10 service. They help me get enough medication for my diabetes, while i work overseas were other (big name) pharmacy would not help. they help set me up on there app to aid in ordering my meds and seeing how much i got left.
