Had the pleasure of being served by the energetic, friendly and amazing Harley today whilst waiting to get my flu vaccination. What a memorable experience. The girl was full of life and had such a good vibe that you can't help but admire. I was blown away by her customer service skills and ability to multitask. Whilst waiting for my regulation 15 minutes post needle to pass, I watched her set amazing standards and act as a great role model for her other team members. Well done Harley and Priceline Gateways

Was served twice by the same young dispensary assistant on 2 different occasions. Her attitude towards me was very rude and racist. When I asked her questions she shut it down with short answers and wanted to get me out of there quickly. Just yesterday she assisted me while chewing gum and again rude unfriendly. She should reconsider her job there, doesn't suit the role with her attitude for a place where people cone for their health and well being.

As you can see by the photo added it’s now the 28th and still waiting. However they are quick to question me about ordering two boxes of osteoez or my ADHD medication I wonder if they treat all people like this? Maybe they should stick to makeup, vitamins and perfumes.

So I went to this priceline in Cockburn Central gateway with my husband but we got the shock of our lives. There was a young caucasian sales girl was very nice, friendly, very kind. She went to ask another sales woman (by the way this woman spoke with an accent, had big eyes and dark hair too looked like she was in her 50s) about the product we wanted, and that is when we were taken aback.

Scenario: My husband smokes and as most smokers know, smoking makes the lips a little darker. We know there is a lip corrector for smokers because we have used it before hence the reason why we went to priceline specifically to get this product because we thought they would have it.

Now, here is what happened.
Rude Lady we shall caller her “X” was asked if she knew whether the product was in stock. First thing she said “Honey it’s genetics” so I jump in straight away and explain that it has nothing to do with genetics, rather its because of smoking and we have used it before so we needed to see if priceline has the product in question. However she insists that it is genetics and that only a “Spa” could fix our SKIN TONE!. She goes on to explain that they would do continuous sessions of scrubs to fix it🤔. Now at this moment my husband and I look at eachother and because we are trying so hard not to let anger get the best of us, we try to make our way to the exit door not to have our day ruined.

This is where it got out of hand because then she stops us in our steps and says “Honey, you need to love yourselves” And that is when I lost it!!!! I told her “look, the fact that you keep mentioning skin tone when I repeatedly told you we need a lip balm for smokers is quite offensive”. And the idiot goes on to say “we can help you”…WITH WHAT? Huh? With what missy cause from where we were standing you were the one that needed help to stop you from running your mouth and spewing out ignorance mixed with rubbish…. But I’m christian so I’ll meditate on it😏 .. But what a sad sad world!

Priceline Cockburn on Friday I went in to get something standing at the pharmacy all I wanted was Panadol not even a script.So when I went in 2 girls were at the front counter talking.no one at the counter where I was I saw the pharmacist talking on the phone one girl yelled out to the pharmacist someone is at the counter she then yelled back I’m on the phone.The girl at the front yelled she won be long.i waited and waited not once did one of the girls asked me what I wanted still waiting I just went up and said if no one wants to serve me I’ll go else where these to girls didn’t seem to worry and just kept on chatting.Very bad service from all involved the lady pharmacist didn’t even say I won’t be long.very unprofessional from the lady pharmacist and the to girls😡

Super helpful staff at this particular Priceline. I needed a perfume to buy as a gift and was offered help right away. Not pushy, just helpful.
