The pharmacy has covered entance direct from doctors rooms. Be aware. There is a major parking problem here.Counter service friendly and well done. There is a terminal to buy and sell lotto tickets. The chemists are at the rear of the store. While waiting there are two basic chairs. Needs two more. Looks like a large number of customers are bulk billed stumble footed oldies. Me too! New shopping centre, including woolworths, will open across the road. The vehicle entrance and exit to this complex is dangerous.

My first time entering this priceline store, and it will definitely be my last! Online it says the store closes at 4pm. I walked in at 1:20pm Saturday, the girl rushed to close the door behind me. I asked if they were closing, and she said “you have about 5 mins” so I quickly searched what I was looking for. While I was in the shop, a man walked in to get a script, the girl working asked him if he could come back tomorrow because they are closing in 5 mins and might not have time to do it. She then rushed him to the front to get it done. Meanwhile the same girl was rushing me to leave the store, it was now 1:27 and I was standing at the checkout waiting to pay. Meanwhile she & her coworker were bitching about me “having all day to shop but comes in at closing time”. It was very clear to hear. This was possibly the worst customer service I have ever received, and I have worked in retail for many years!
Maybe update your closing hours online if you want to avoid this happening with future customers! …

Waited over 20min with no one in the store even after they grabbed the burn cream as soon as I handed them the script and put in a box and just left it on the shelf. Had a under two year old who started cracking it after 15min and the still didn’t bother to hurry up instead just started serving other people. Got my script back and will never go there again. This is not my first bad experience there.

Went into this chemist for the first time today, & it will definitely be the last. The female staff member & the pharmacist himself were both extremely rude & unhelpful.

My wife arrived 2 minutes before the official close yesterday as the lady was closing the door. She asked if it was possible to get a prescription filled as she has a chest infection, the woman said too late go to the pharmacy at Morayfield. This place has no customer service and will never get another cent from us, would rather drive to Ipswich if need be !!
