Just got home on the Island after shopping at Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island, and being served by their lovely Pharmacy Assistant Hazel - what a beautiful person and credit to the Priceline Pharmacy on Bribie Island.

Having a serious issue with my hair, Hazel - drawing from her previous experience and that at Priceline Pharmacy - advised and encouraged me to use some of their products that are healing and restoring my hair & scalp to full health.

In 5 minutes Hazel solved a medical issue I have experienced for years! The products I purchased costing only $5 each !!!

I wish there was 11 stars - out of 11 - that i could give this Pharmacy, and Hazel.

Thank You Hazel, and Thank You Priceline Pharmacy Bribie. Excellent service and products.

Travelled here from WA to visit my Family and did not bring all my required medication (a couple of days short).
Dropped in to Priceline and received some magic Customer Service from Tamara who advised me in what to do as I did not have an electronic script and required some assistance from my pharmacy in WA. Emails, messages and phone calls had and my script was filled “no issues” and hassle free, with my return the next day to see Tamara again, who said we have this ready for you…
Awesome job Tamara and Priceline Bribie, awesome.

I shop weekly at Bribie Island store for my prescriptions and other off -the -shelf products.
I have had the pleasure of meeting several of your pharmacists and assistants. All are very helpful . However, I find exceptional service and advice from Pharmacist Mr. Naseem. He goes out of his way to offer service with a friendly a smile and in professional manner.

The most amazing Beautiful, caring staff that I’ve ever encountered. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond helping me whilst going through some serious medical conditions. I unfortunately get to witness self entitled people believing that only they exist. The staff speak very eloquently to even the most rude and obtuse customers. The pharmacy is a very busy place, but it is simple, poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on theirs. I’ve read most of these reviews and believe some people just wake up in the morning and growl at them selves in the mirror. I have no affiliation or connection to any persons or staff. They are just really good at what they do.

Most of the staff at this pharmacy are great, except for Jenny. Jenny is consistently rude and just a horrible person to deal with, I witnessed her be rude to an elderly customer today until he was upset enough to raise his voice and then she walked off yelling out in front of the whole store about his medical complaint with the teenage staff standing there laughing..this was after she stood there gaslighting me about the fact it was my elderly mothers fault the staff there couldn't be bothered to do their job today and my mother was left without her medication for the night, no warning, no phone call,no care or acknowledgement that the issue could have been rectified with a simple phone call or a staff member actually confirming with the pharmacist the moment they were asked if all was ok with the script. When I asked for a number to make a complaint I was told to just ring the store another day . I had to ask 2 more times before I was told who in fact I was supposed to complain to so I'm writing this review . If certain staff members hate their job, instead of taking it out on the customers they could maybe find work in a better suited field.

In a world driven by price it's refreshing to have 5 star service as well as home delivery and fair prices.

I just want to put Amy at Bribie Island Store, in the spotlight and Sincerely thank her. Being presently involved in a complex health issue i found her patience and empathy in dealing with my situation exemplary. She was accommodating of the time it took over several visits. She went above and beyond to provide me with kindness and professionalism and care that was needed.

The pharmacy is generally busy though the staff are quick and efficient the prices are reasonable and it is easy to get a park it is also at the front of the shopping centre so it is easy to find and access. They have a large range of items.
