I had a wonderful experience at the medical center, thanks to Cathy, the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Her professionalism and efficiency stood out as she expertly handled my check-in process and answered all my questions with patience.

Cathy went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made a potentially stressful experience much easier to navigate. It's clear that she truly cares about the patients and their well-being.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Seen Dr Li for the first time, she is not really good at all. After explaining all my issues, past and present and trying to find a solution or recommendation on what I should do regarding my chronic pain matter that which I have been enduring for years. I was asked from Dr Li "what do you want me to do?" I found it quite absurd as she is supposed to be the professional who found solutions to my problems... It got me thinking, that these days anyone can become Dr's. I do not recommend her at all. Not forgetting to mention the wait time even though a booking was made, I had to return an hour and 30 minutes after my initial booking time. Which was pretty ridiculous if I am being completely honest.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Jian Li for many years at this practice. She is a very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate doctor. Cathy at reception is very kind, hard working and always extremely helpful. She always does her best to find fast and flexible solutions to keep everyone happy.

Rude & impatient receptionist experienced by my young daughter today 28/04/2025 around 1pm trying to book an appointment on the phone for her grandfather.

Doctor Li is probably one of the best GP out there, not only that she is very thorough, she listens and doesn’t make assumptions, she takes her time and will really check you, my daughter will never ever tell other doctors her pain and will stay quiet during visits but with doctor Li she would tell her everything and very cooperative. Most GPs are about the quantity, doctor Li is about quality. She has been our family GP since we moved to Prestons and during my pregnancy and now my daughter’s favourite doctor. Only thing is she’s always fully booked which makes sense because she’s the best GP in Prestons, hence why people only goes to her. Thank you to all the receptionists as well.

Dr Li is very knowledgeable and always willing to listen to your health problems. Her wholistic approach to health is commendable. All the reception staffs and other staffs are friendly and pleasant.
Only drawback is the waiting time. Usually have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour.
