If you ever chuck a fake sickie and need a doctor's cert come here because this is the type of clinic that is not interested in looking after their patients. Besides the receptionist lady who was professional and polite towards me, Dr Elaine was not. She is there not to treat you but there for your money. She made me feel like asking too many questions regarding my own health was irritating her and wanted me to leave her immediately. Mind you I was only in her office for 5 minutes. Five.One word answers, rushing me out and made me feel uncomfortable. waste of my money, energy and time .

Got my appointment at 2pm with Dr. Elaine got called in 2.33. ? Left work to see the Doctor. No one else was there waiting. After waiting 20 min ask at the reception how long I got to wait. She said, I am next. Dr. is on the phone. So my question is our time values nothing? What type of appointment is that?

Inexperienced Doctors and horrible receptionist.
* Incorrect script
* Swabbed for incorrect sickness
* Receipt lost for payment I made but receptionist was happy to take my $ before my appointment.
* Phoned next day to confirm test results and they couldn't find them.

I called to the medical centre on Tuesday dated 21st Dec 2021 and talked with receptionist to book an appointment with doctor Vincent. The receptionist informed me the doctor is going to finish early today so you can book for 1315 hrs and I requested him to book after 1400 hrs because I need to look after my little on until 1400 hrs so he told me last booking is before 1400 hrs so I requested to book him at 1400 hrs so he was okay with that. I reached in Medical Centre at 1350 hrs and I had to wait almost 45 mins then after Doctor Vincent called my name and went in his room almost 1500 hrs. Then Doctor asked me about my problem and I was explaining about it but all of a sudden he stood up and went outside telling me I will come back with you. I waited for him almost 10 mins then he came in the room and took his thermometer and other equipments and went out again without saying anything to me. I was so surprised and didn’t understand what he was doing? I waited for a while then I saw him outside then I asked Doctor Vincent I am waiting for you but he replied I will come back to you after a while now I need to attend another patient. I was omg what’s going on what type of practice this doctor is doing? What type of medical centre is this? I was fully confused and upset and I asked Doctor Vincent I need to go home because my wife needs to go somewhere so I have to look after my little one. Could you please finish my first then he answered you can go home. OMG I was really really surprised because I have never seen such kind of rude, disrespectful and surprising behaviour of Doctor and medical centre staff. I will never go back this centre anymore and inform to all whom I know not to go to this rude and disrespectful medical centre.
I hope this medical centre won’t deduct money from Medicare as I informed to the receptionist when I left the centre.
Just wasted my today’s 2 hrs. The worst experience ever in my life.

Went to see Dr Vincent to get specific blood tests that were covered under Medicare And confirmed by the pathology nurse. When I came to get the results he said I was meant to pay for them and that he can’t do it again.
Then I told him I’m on TRT and have chosen to self administer my shots and to confirm injection area. He said he isn’t supposed to be showing me this and called me weird for wanting to self-administer. Then he told me not to come back to him and go see a different doctor instead. Then he said the nurse doesn’t know what she is talking about and that I should have paid for my results. I called the pathology and they confirmed for me it’s all covered under Medicare. Maybe he’s only ever written doctors certificates. Maybe he got his doctorate from the bottom of a cereal box. Both seem very likely because I’ve never seen a doctor that was so gobsmacked to hear patients self-administer treatment or anyone ask for specific blood results other than the generic request. Please employ a doctor that has a clue and doesn’t judge his patients for treating themselves. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to.

Won't do indefinite referral because they are casual doctors. Ie dont have relevant qualifications to practice in Australia. Had an appointment was seen by a female GP. I explained that sometimes I found it hard to breathe she didn't order any tests but told me to use ventolin. As it turned out on seeking a second opinion at a different surgery I was diagnosed with cancer. I refuse to go back they are playing with people's lives.
