I have been seeing Dr Louis for about a year and a half and when I say, from the first time I met with her I KNEW she was unlike any psychiatrist I have seen in my 15 year mental health journey! She listened to LISTEN.. not to PRESCRIBE. You could tell she cares about developing a relationship and an understanding of who and how I am, AND THEN WE worked towards a solution. She doesn't just feel like a psychiatrist! She feels like a counselor, a friend... she feels SAFE! And that is not something I can say lightly with the struggles I face on a day to day. I am grateful I found her.... I couldn't recommend Prestige Health and Wellness enough!!!! They are amazing, from the front desk girl on! They communicate, they are extremely responsive, and they will always do their best to find a solution that fits YOU! After several months with Prestige, I decided to switch to a walk-in weight loss clinic close to my home for convenience. However, at my first appointment, I learned I would have to restart my medication at the lowest dose. Although I could pick up the medication, the location was far from my home, so I had it shipped, which took a week. Unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight during my time with the walk-in clinic and eventually returned to Prestige. The counseling from Dr. Louis at Prestige is exceptional. She listens to you and is genuinely concerned. She tailored an exercise and eating plan for me in order to maximize my weight loss. After my return I started losing weight again within a short time. I highly recommend giving Prestige a try!
