As a regular patient, I just want to acknowledge how hard the reception staff work at this clinic. The front desk is always busy — phones constantly ringing, people coming in and out — and despite that, the team does their best to stay calm and helpful.

I’ve seen firsthand how often they’re treated unfairly by patients who get upset over policies or wait times that are out of their control. It’s disappointing to see how often they’re spoken to rudely or even yelled at, yet they keep showing up with professionalism and patience.

They might not always have the time to explain everything in detail during the chaos, but I can tell they genuinely care and are doing their best in a really high-pressure environment. They deserve more understanding and appreciation.

hope that management will take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, and your current level of service falls far short of that standard.Receptionist are so rude even dont want to help if asking for everything they blame on centre policy even you booked appointment but you have to wait for hours i dont have option otherwise i will not give them single star . Male toilets are very dirty smell very bad rubbish on floor totally disgusting i dont know why after that much bad reviews management never took action just making money thats it

Deeply disappointed by the treatment given by clerical staff at this clinic. The doctors are outstanding, my parents and I have been visiting Dr. Aslam for many years now. However, I have had 2 appointments cancelled by this clinic the day of my appointment. I had an appointment today and have been calling the clinic since early hours of my morning, however each time I’ve been put on hold for 10+ minutes until the line disconnects. When my call was finally answered, there was only 1 hour or so left till my appointment time. The receptionist Annalise showed no remorse at all for her team’s lousiness with responding to calls, had they answered the first time I called today the cancellation would’ve been well before the 6 hour fee window. I kindly tried to explain my effort to communicate with the clinic, calling between appointments of my own work day. In the end, the booking manager spoke to me and told me that the appointment will only be cancelled if I apologise to her colleague for being “rude”. My apology in the end was “I apologise for being on hold the entire day as you could not pick up the phone to cancel this appointment in a timely manner”. Disgusting behaviour from both receptionists, I will be finding a new medical practice to frequent until this clinic can improve their patient care standards and uphold basic professionalism. A $40 fee is sure to be charged as they cannot answer their phones, but there is suddenly no fee when the Dr cancels on the day and patients must rebook for the following week? How interesting.

The wait time on the phone has become ridiculous.
Today I was "cut off" after 10 mins, rang back and waited 20mins before giving up.
I'm confused by the amount of people behind the desk and the amount of people dealing with the calls and public, generally I see 5-6 and 1or 2 dealing with patients.

Very poor service! Whenever we try to contact them by phone, no one answers for hours. This isn’t a one-off issue—it happens every time. My wife had a telehealth appointment, but the doctor was running late and didn’t call at the scheduled time. Later, we received a message from the doctor apologising and asking us to contact Premium Care by phone. My wife called multiple times and waited for an hour, but no one ever answered. The call just kept playing an automated message saying all operators were busy. This is extremely frustrating, especially when someone needs to urgently consult with a doctor.

Despite having a booked appointment, I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor — completely defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. The reception staff were overwhelmed and unprofessional. They answer phone calls only to immediately place callers on hold, which is clearly due to understaffing. This is not how a professional medical centre should operate. Poor time management, lack of respect for patients’ time, and disorganised front-desk service make for a frustrating experience. Definitely would not recommend this clinic unless they seriously improve their operations.

This centre has changed over the last year, some of the doctors are unreliable, they say they will write reports and then never do and don't follow up, the doctors don't call on time and don't have staff follow up as to why, I've waited over an hour multiple times for staff to answer the phones, when bring this up with management they say they will address the call wait times with staff but it's still an issue so it seems like nothing is being addressed. I don't know what they are doing but they need to address the issues as it's getting ridiculous.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but had no other choice. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. The front desk staff were rude and disorganized, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about the patients
