I made an appointment to see DoctorSadasivan
And was told that their are lots of referrals before us meaning we won’t be able to see you anytime soon. they don’t bulk Bill and it was the doctors “rule” that they contact us back as opposed.to us booking in. Reception said could take months before we actually see the Doctor and needs 3 assessments prior to the appointment
Seriously with all the red tape why would we even consider going to the psychiatrist it’s overwhelming and disappointing and we are not even through the door yet 0/5 rating

I have seen Dr Asha for several years, Dr Asha has always taken time and listened to my concerns and taught me strategies to help deal with the situation at hand. Dr Asha's care and professionalism is second to none, I can not recommend her highly enough. Amazing thank you.

Clinic is clean tidy you get seen in a timely manner no long waits , staff go above and beyond to try and help the specialist is wonderful and really helped me and took the time to listen to my needs !

The ladies I have spoken to on the phone are all wonderfully understanding and helpful. While I can’t comment on other specialists, Dr Asha is very professional and compassionate. She explained things in detail and made me feel understood and validated.

A Doctor with no empathy at all.
It's people like this who create a stigma on mental health & why people don't get help.

If you like being sent home with no support at all during a medication change then she is perfect for you! If you want someone to ask what's happened NOW and not during your life then see her!
She makes her quick money, hands you tablets and sends you on your way.
But wait, the best part of all. My regular GP said they would never have sent me there (couldn't get into regular when I was desperate) also my PHARMACIST said they had heard nothing but horrible stuff about this "Doctor". It PAYS Todo your research, not just for your wallet but more so your mental health!
I've never suffered as much as I did doing that medication change. I'm so lucky I reached out and go a second opinion.

My wife made an appointment for my aged care mother in April for todays August appointment, only to be told at the reception desk that "someone" had cancelled the appointment at their end, and here`s another one for October! DO NOT TRUST THESE FOREIGN PEOPLE! We had to get my mother out of the nursing home at 7.30am to be there at 8.30am!!! NEVER AGAIN - GO ELSEWHERE

I have found the Specialists to be invaluable with the advise they have given our family. I have found the medical team to be compassionate and helpful in their dealing with us in the most difficult of times. The health advise and management of our mothers care have been excellent.
