I cannot recommend Dr Lee enough! My sister and I both saw her over 10 years ago at her previous practice, and I am now living overseas- but coming home for a month I needed some tests done so looked her up in her new location.
As always, she was extremely thorough and made sure to listen and address all my concerns. She is the best GP I have ever had by far, and she was able to address and diagnose several issues that I haven’t been able to get help with from my regular doctors where I currently live. My health and energy/wellbeing is about 50% better now than from before I saw her due to this and I’m so glad I looked her up again.
Highly recommend her if you are looking for a GP who genuinely cares for her patients, is excellent clinically, is super efficient and organized (she always gets through every concern in the appointment!) and takes the time to follow up and give evidence based recommendations. I’ve recommended her to several friends in Melbourne as she is especially good with women’s health and specializes in menopause.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bambi at this clinic for a little over 2 years now. She is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She has supported me with my physical and mental health journey in so many ways and helped me completely turn my life around. I’ve also visited Dr Edward here in her absence and he is amazing also. Such a kind and compassionate team, you would be lucky to see any of the doctors here.

I had past bad experiences with doctors in the past and when I mentioned that to Monica to let her know of my concerns when trying a new medication, she was very dismissive and basically told me that what happened wasn’t true and got very defensive seeing it as a personal attack despite never having her as a doctor before and I hadn’t even mentioned her. She also used very inappropriate language, I found this out when I told another doctor what she had said word for word and they let me know she was very unprofessional. You’d think a doctor would know to watch their language when discussing prescriptions to do with mental health. I basically got charged for someone to worsen my mental state.

Dr Clarke is fantastic. He's really down to earth and very positive. Couldn't recommend anyone more highly. A perfect replacement for the retired Dr Underwood.

Do not go here! Dr Edward Clarke said to me 'we don't click' after third session because I was questioning his performance as he forgot to get back to me for 6 weeks and was still confused about what he was doing and promised to do.

To addd to this, he kept asking me repeatedly the same questions with smirk on his face. He says it's his method to learn more about his patients. I recon is his way to extract loads of money out of patients at $180 per long visit which he needs to ask all these questions, so yes we don't click!

Also entire front staff are overly protective and not customer friendly so if you have an issue, they tell you maybe it's you.

Hands down to Dr Paul O'Keefe & his amazing team! I had ongoing muscular pain for years & was searching for an osteopath in my area. I started seeing Paul in 2018 & followed him from King St to his new state of the art clinic.
