Was recommended Premier Health and I wish I had found them sooner. Dale was fantastic, professional, compassionate and overall the absolute best lactation consultant I have EVER met.
She helped me with son's latch and it changed everything! Pain instantly disappeared and she was supportive throughout the entire consult/feed. Like I said I wish I knew about her earlier, would have saved me 5 weeks of toe curling pain during every feed. Was ready to throw in the towel and so grateful for her help. If you are struggling with breastfeeding, you need to make an appointment. You absolutely will not regret it.

My newborn had a posterior tongue tie which was causing immense pain during breastfeeding. I went to see Dale when bub was 6 weeks old. Dale was very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. The tongue tie release was performed on the same day and it was a very quick procedure, definitely not as scary as I thought it would be. My baby started feeding better right away and the pain associated with the latch was immediately reduced. Over the next few weeks the feeding improved immensely and I have continued to breastfeed as a result. I highly recommend Dale for assessment and treatment of tongue tie and I only wish I went to see her earlier.

Could not fault this clinic. My son went there for his possible tongue tie. I saw Dale for a consult and feed and then the doctor for the procedure and back with dale for a feed and aftercare etc. They were absolutely fantastic. I felt so confident knowing they were there to support my son and I after henprocedure as well unlike a local GP service here where they let you leave straight after it being cut. You don’t get advice on feeding or anything.
This place has changed my breastfeeding journey for the better!!

I would scream from the hills recommending Dale Hansson to anyone who would listen.
Her professionalism, communication, active listening and overall nurturing nature were a godsend to me. I only wish I had done this sooner.
The knowledge and compassion Dale has was impressive. I’m forever grateful.
Dr Nigro was also very professional and helpful and would see him again outside of the tongue tie correction.

Terrible experience at the reception despite being an existing client went for follow up. No care factor what so ever from the Premier Health, specifically from the receptionist. Was absolutely gutted and revolted by the receptionist's sense of urgency & empathy, despite explaining her how urgent for us to follow up on the wound of our 3 months old daughter's tongue tie release that was done a week ago and we drove from far distance . My husband came from work early to drive us to Kogarah, due to traffic we arrived there 4:25 pm, took us nearly 2 hour to get there. When we got there only one patient was waiting and we were refused to meet the doctor. We were repeatedly reminded that we did not appointment which needed to be paid beforehand and also asked to go to see another GP! We offered to pay her up front for the visit, she was not still budging, rather she was asking to make an appointment on another day by paying the fees in advance. We also ensured her that lactation advised on our first visit that we can drop by without an appointment just before the Xmas as they will be closed from 21st. Lactation was very good and helpful on first visit. However Premier Health care factor got me thinking, are they after your money, because of today's experience I won't recommend anyone to go there. I do understand appointment makes doctor practice easier. Patient can wait for the doctor for hours when they are running late, on other hand they can't seemed to be unjust. Or in this instance is it just the receptionist or my little daughter is unlucky?

Fantastic place for tongue-tie diagnosis and correction! Hospital staff told me that my babies poor latch and colic were due to 1) poor positioning 2) baby being little and 3) some babies are just like that. The lovely staff at Premier Health identified posterior tongue tie for my two youngest children and thanks to their efficient correction, we have been able to successfully breastfeed. Thank you!

My wife and I took our son to get his tongue tie examined. Very professional setting, all staff were incredibly patient and kind. Could not recommend this practice enough.
