Amazing team at precision! Working with Laura, Liam and Hector has been very helpful it first diagnosing the issue and then taking steps each week to help not only with the issue at hand but then providing extra help in strengthening other areas of the muscles to help take load off the area. So far the results have been very rewarding to see the growth. Thanks again and highly recommend everyone at precision for any physio or exercise physio that you need!

Jennifer is incredible and I cannot recommend her more highly. She’s professional and personable and has done an exceptional job helping me with my back pain. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly and I love that she’s taken a holistic approach to helping me understand what I need to do both inside and outside of the gym to avoid injury, build strength and stability. I came in with a pain I’ve struggled with for 15 years and Jen has really given me the confidence to exercise again. So grateful to her.

I highly recommend Precision Physio at Concord; this place is amazing. My declining osteoporosis results led me to Jennifer Chong. Jennifer has been assisting me with a tailored programme and professionally guided me for the last 3 months. Jennifer’s knowledge and expertise is to be commended. I have started to see the benefits and her commitment, ensuring I reach my goals, has made me determined to continue and enjoy exercise physiology as part of my next phase of my programme.
