Great company to deal with!! clutch slave broke near their shop in Nambour. They were able to give me a quick analysis on the problem at hand and quote up a fix. I did have TAFE on at the time and they were able to give me options for transportation to my destinations which was appreciated. 11/10 for service.

Not sure if 1 star is even deserved. After a conversation to reception on Tuesday regarding a door hinge/latch. Received a text message on Tuesday 25th Feb with booking confirmation and details of car drop off. During verbal exchange of issue of car door, conversation also given from us (clients)was that we would be going to be away from Thursday 27th until Sunday 2nd March so vehicle will not be needing over that period but will be needing car for work Monday morning 3rd March. Wednesday another confirmation text message came regarding confirmation of appointment where a YES confirmation was sent back.
Car was dropped off to Power Curve Automotive at 8am Thursday morning. Another text message came regarding the finding of what was already known regarding the door hinge with a cost of $405.00. A yes approval again was requested to go ahead with work where a response text as YES again.
Conversation with receptionist where conversation explained of requirements of needing car back Monday morning for work. Arrived Monday morning as to collect the car as per verbal discussions on Tuesday 25th Feb. Car was not ready nor fixed. Reception staff was confused with when car was dropped off for starters considering they took the job and car was not even ready to drive away. After confrontation about situation, client said they need the vehicle as they had to get to work and isn't sure when they can return to get job done as of work requirements. Reception then said "wait a minute", car was then all of a sudden taken in to be fixed and a 1/2 hr wait was to be had. 1 hr later a text message was again sent stating car door hinge was fixed.
Later on that morning after leaving a job the car then started blowing black smoke and began displaying serious issues. On inspection car shows of turbo failure. So for a work truck that has not ever seen serious motor issues and ran without failure somehow now requires a new turbo All that was required to fix was a door hinge. Well it's not going to Power Curve Automotive to correct this issue. Also a lack of communication was felt by client from reception team to mechanics. Not happy clients 😒

Travis and the team at Procurve Nambour is simply put reliable, with excellent mechanical expertise and their customer service was incredible. We had a lot of work to undertake and they assessed the car first - made sure they could do the work and gave a detailed quote. They kept me completely informed with photos phone calls and messages to alert me to any issues . All I can say is they delivered - price, mechanical expertise, super friendly and reduced the quote as they completed the work a day earlier. Even Carly at the desk was very efficient and offered to have me picked up so I could collect my car. I would highly recommended Procurve for any Servicing, suspension and steering . Many thanks Travis and Procurve my car drives like a dream now🙏👍😊

From the first time I walked into their office a few years ago to now, the team at Powercurve have always provided service with high priority.
