I want to start by saying Dr Gurprit Ganda is absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and has helped my missus immensely work through her trauma and mental health. Could not recommend her as a psych higher.

HOWEVER, whoever they have working the front desk really needs to learn basic people skills, especially considering their client basis is people going through rough times. Absolutely disgusted by the way he approached and accused my partner of lying when demanding payments that were already covered through the Victim Services.
Once evidence was provided that he was incorrect, no apology or remorse was shown. He is a coward who refused to call me back after causing distress to my partner that resulted in a bad panic attack.
If Dr Ganda was not as fantastic as she is, this experience would have definitely caused us to shop around for a different psychologist.

Would rate Dr Ganda 5 stars, but their reception 0 stars. Worst mental health front desk I have ever experienced.

Go work somewhere else mate, you're in the wrong industry with that attitude.

I tried numerous times to find a psychologist who is going to help me for this issue but I was going to be on the waiting list for at least 10 months and longer....

Well, after seeing Naomi I can honestly say that she better than the ratings. Much better!
NAOMI Rose is a compassionate, non-judgemental, accepting person. She is also an expert in her field and has diverse experience. She has accompanied me on the journey of dealing with a complex situation providing me with space to share openly and freely. I never felt there was a taboo subject. Naomi is also a good listener , trustworthy and always understanding your problems without having any issues.

She also challenged me and helped with key strategies to help me manage my pains and stress. She is also very resourceful giving me tools, activities and readings to help me. I have felt much better and able to think clearer about my life and situation. There is no magic solution, but she has patiently encouraged me to commit and encouraged me to devise my own language and strategies.

She was able to hold my religious views and offer much empathy as I often laughed at myself. Noami is also a very generous person.
