I tried three times to call this facility who use great buzz words to attract clients. Needed to confirm a former students placement at this facility and after three times calling them and put on hold on average 12 minutes each time I could not talk to anyone.
What can I say the sooner they investigate these so called NDIS providers the better. I would hate to be experiencing mental health which they claim they provide support and yet cant even give people the courtesy to answer the calls. Shame i will be lodging a complaint to the NDIS Compliance.

The team at PWRC are passionate about making a difference. Their vision is to help people long term, as well as in times of crisis. My son is directly benefitting from programmes designed to support him, and his support workers.

Francis is passionate about supporting people with mental health challenges, and in their recovery, and has been inspirational to me, as I support my son. His passion is shared with the support staff he provides, and that is evident when they support my son.

When I liaise with the support workers, they share Francis's passion. All want to continue working with him for the best outcomes for their clients.

I cannot thank Francis enough for the support and guidance he provides for me and my son. He has gone "above and beyond" supporting my son in planning meetings and getting the best NDIS outcomes we can for participants.
