Dr. Leah is amazing. She's very experienced and kind. But I think the receptionist, Shaivya? could work on her customer service skill. She seemed unfriendly when I was at the clinic and sounded really impatient and even a little bit rude on the phone.

Very Friendly and accommodating Reception which is so rare to find in Canberra.
