Awesome service from reception to the doctors room. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr Kostalas is so friendly and easy to talk to. She makes sure I'm up to date with all my check-ups and listens carefully to any concerns I might have about my health. Very happy with GP Super Clinic.

Easy to book appointments online, all the Drs are very caring and thorough. I have been seeing the same GP here for over 8 years now. Having the pathologist on site makes blood teste easy, too.

The staff at Port GP’s including Kim, Janine, Jessica, Hannah and the rest of the admin staff are friendly and helpful. The Doctors are amazing, empathetic, thorough and go above and beyond in their professional care. One Doctor requested for me to have an ECG with Christine the lovely, caring nurse and detected my irregular heart rate and got onto my problem quickly and sent me for a calcium score test, prescribing me a beta blocker beforehand. There is also an amazing cafe with lovely service in front of the medical centre run by Newie the owner. I highly recommend this medical practice.

Port Doctors were great. Minimal wait time and an empathetic and understandable doctor. Hot Doc however, is different. We did not have a good experience with Hot Doc. Dispite having an account with them and credit card details with them they again requested our credit card details. When I incorectly assumed that they already had this information and did not respond - they cancelled our appointment!!! 🙁 To their great credit Port Doctors arranged another timely appointment.

Been going to put GP for about 10 years now I find all staff and doctors have been very professional very helpful. Very organised. I just seen a doctor yesterday. Fantastic. Very good 10 out of 10 now. My family goes to Port GP. now

I had been to this practice to have covid injections. When I decided to change from my usual GP it was recommended that I give Port Macquarie GPs a try. I have found
them to be very efficient and with a number of doctors available and able to access my file there is always a backup if my doctor isn’t available at the time.
It makes for peace of mind that you can be seen at any time and that they can easily access my file if needs be.
