I highly, highly recommend this pool shop. I went in there as a first time pool owner and was given a lot of helpful information by Chris the owner, whilst other pool shops have not been really helpful or as knowledgeable. I went to get my new dolphin robot cleaner fixed. Two of the buttons did not work. I spoke to Ethan who told me that with this robot, those functions do not work, but would see what he could do. And impressively he did get the buttons to work. Ethan went above and beyond. He could have just told me the buttons do not work but instead went into the dolphin tech app and sorted it out. Very, very impressed and happy with this service. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and to Ethan for going the extra mile. Very happy new customer.

On every occasion i have come to this store, the team there have always been been happy to carry bags of salt out to my car
Parking is always horrible at this store, often have to park in the Woolworth's parking lot, and the staff members never seem to have an issue with this even if i am in the furthest corner from their shop

Ive never given any company a bad review before but this time i really wasnt happy. $150 for a one time service where the info on the website stated that the service
" may be completed in a day or may require several visits" but no mention of charge of another $150 for the extra visit . We struggled to balance our new pool and as it was very green for that price expected it to be bought back to new but instead we have to vacumn it ourself in 4 days . There was a list of things included in the pool service and as 2 or 3 things wernt done as they couldnt be done until the pool was balanced i assumed that they would return to do that as part of the $150 i paid but they wernt available until 1 weeks time and would cost me another $150.
I Will never use them again as very misleading and dont recomnend them at all. They were there a total of 24 mins as per our cctv and didnt do anything but test the pool water and add chemicals and empty the skimmer basket. There was no brushing of the pool or,anything. Also paid for chemicals on top of that which were charged at an inflated rate . If told how much they charge for the chemicals i would have supplied our own.
So now have a bill for $361 a green pool and have to vacumn it ourselves.
