Graeme at Moggill is always friendly and incredibly helpful. I really appreciate his excellent customer service—he even emailed me the pool test report when I couldn’t make it back into the shop the same day. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that keeps me coming back.

Nice to have the water tested. Expect to pay around 80% more per item for chemicals and equipment than anywhere else.

The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Shane helped save our pool from becoming a potential swamp and Graeme (Graham?) knows so much about pool equipment it is quite amazing. Kudos to the team for their excellent service and advice.

I am currently looking after my parents pool in Bellbowrie as they are currently away and needed to pick up some pool salt for them locally. I travelled up to Moggill PoolWerx to pick up some (1/2 a pallet left) to be told that they could not sell me any without a pool test. I explained that I had travelled some distance to undertake the task and didn't need a pool test, rather just a small bag of pool salt.
This conversation continued, with my only conculsion being that PoolWerx in Moggill are more than happy to price gouge their customers (by demanding a simple water test) and provide poor service, rather than simply sell a commodity that they have in stock. I realise that this product has been hard to come by of late, but this poor service, attitude and perplexing position have incensed me enough to go to the trouble of writing this review.
I obviously will not be returning to this store, despite it's obvious convienience. Instead, I will continue to use SwimMart at Taringa (who service my own pool) who provide excellent service, value and will gladly sell you a product if they have it in stock.
*update since reply below- had excellent service at another Kenmore (non-PoolWerx) pool shop who sold me a simple bag of pool salt without the extra cost of a water test or any other complicating factors.
Put it simply, I walked in as a new customer, willing to pay for a simple product that was in stock. I have walked away happy to tell all that will listen about my negative experience.
