I recently visited the new Ponti Health Clinic in Surry Hills and was so impressed with the space, Dr. Anna Connellan, the nurse, the receptionist and more. This is what going to the doctor should feel like, and I’m so glad they’ve opened and had space to see me.

I felt so cared for, spent time with the nurse before meeting the doctor and then had over an hour with Dr Anna Collellan, who listened, did a thorough check-up and put the dots together on issues I’ve had for years.

Everything is under one roof, which is incredible. I went from the GP office to have an ECG with the nurse, and they have many other practitioners on-site, too, so you can see everyone in one place. They even offered to put more money in the parking meter for me so I could have the ECG on the spot.

I could not recommend Ponti Health more!

I had an excellent experience at Ponti Health with Dr. Zinnia Lo. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were exceptionally warm, polite, and professional, making the entire process smooth and welcoming.

Dr. Lo is an outstanding physician—highly professional, efficient, and incredibly patient. She took the time to listen attentively and provided thorough, detailed responses to all my concerns, ensuring I felt completely informed and reassured.

Additionally, the clinic offers on-site blood testing, which is extremely convenient and efficient. The overall experience was exceptional, and I truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team at Ponti Health.

I highly recommend Dr. Zinnia Lo and Ponti Health to anyone seeking compassionate and expert medical care.

Went & saw Dr. Anna Connellan due to my menopausal issues. I found that she was, thorough & insightful & is up to date with information about Menopause & HRTs. Which I found alot of other doctors are still stuck in the 2001s, thats why it was time to find someone who has taken an interest in the overall of womens health especiallyfor me, post menopausal. She made me feel safe & I left feeling that I'm on the road to wellness.
Alittle pricey, however, you do get some money back from medicare, but money well spent to the understanding & the knowledge that she has for my menopause journey.

I would not recommend Anna Connellan. From my experience she does not care, uninterested in helping you and only wants to rush you out the door and collect your money.

Ponti is a game changer for women’s health. Having all health practitioners in one place, that share information with one another and that come up with treatment plans together is what sets Ponti apart from all other doctors. The team at Ponti have thought of everything, I especially like that all tests (bloods, ECG’s etc) can be done on site by their wonderful nursing team. As a young woman (29), I have often felt my health concerns haven’t always been taken seriously, the whole team at Ponti have been nothing but incredibly kind, caring and welcoming. My mum (57) and sister (31) all go here and have different concerns, we have all had exceptional experiences across the whole team. I cannot recommend Ponti highly enough to anyone considering them, they have turned going to the doctors into an enjoyable experience that I actually look forward to.
