Pretty good service, friendly staffs and very nice Doctor B Singh. Understands patient and there is a hicaps machine for international patients who have private insurance.

Dr. Champika is exceptional. She diagnosed my condition that other doctors thought is just regular virus. She is really thorough and highly recommend her.

Deducting few stars for the poor hygiene standards of the reception area. The waiting chairs have hundreds of hair stuck to them. I cringe everytime I have to sit on them. Had reported to the staff at the reception but she looked lost as to what to do about it and then ignored me and started looking at screen. Really gross!!

The practice really needs to work on their management. Booked tele consult in advance with Dr. Sumanjeet kaur twice and every time there was wait time of more than 1 hr for a 5 min. Consult. The practice needs to understand that patients also have professional work commitments. Practice charges in case of any missed appointments due to delays but what about others time. They should start valuing others time as well.

Dr Adrian Jeyendra is the best doctor in Sydney. My family has been going to Adrian for over 9 years approximately. Very hard to get into. Book in advance

Dr Champika Narasinghe did not perform a physical examination on me during my appointment, where I had expressed concerns. This lead to a week delay in a extremely serious mecical diagnosis, ending myself up in the emergency department. She was not thorough in her questioning and rushed the appointment. Disgusting display of duty of care.

Been to this medical clinic multiple times the drs are great ! But I receive such an unpleasant treatment from the reception staff, especially kassidy she’s extremely rude and disrespectful, and I can see management never take any action. She outta be trained in how to be respectful and empathetic!!

Literally one of the worst doctors I’ve been too. They don’t give you medical certs unless you see the same doctor & they literally don’t give me my my script that I’ve been taking for YEARS just because I didn’t book with the same doctor. Makes no sense LMAO

Dr Asaduzzaman diagnosed me with a “sore throat” for chest pain and high heart rate when i clearly told him i was not sick. i was later told it was palpitations due to stress, he did not know what he was doing.
