They don't even deserve one star.
They made me wait more than 2 hours just for the doctor to change my referral and I called before to book, they said no need, just come and wait. (by the way, this job could be done in a minute between 2 patients).

I had the very worst experience.. I only visit when I urgently need to.
And I always have to wait hours and hours which I don't mind but this time the girls lied so much and she didn't care for a second if I was in pain or not abd she didn't care if I was going to be seen by the doctor or not...
Seriously! Like if you want to book an appointment you can only do it after 2-3 weeks that's rediculous.
