Very long wait time, Dr. Marlar Thein Tun was inside but not calling us for 40 minutes of waiting, still waiting, ask reception couple of times and said you next you next, 50 minutes over.

Have been going to this practice for around 18 months and have always received professional service and good advice. When I had an emergency cut hand, I was treated immediately without an appointment or any notice. For that reason, I don't mind that I may have to wait for my scheduled appointments sometimes, as clearly these people triage their patients and some need to be seen sooner than others for good medical reasons. Their admin systems are great too - arrive yourself and confirm your details on a touch screen. Good size waiting area - you don't feel jammed in and always an interesting magazine to read while you wait. This team is doing a great job.

Went in for my postpartum check, the new doctor that I saw told her I’m in so much pain still and trying to explain to her what is happening. She just told me you’ll be fine, I asked for endone as it is very painful. I was shaking because of the pain did not even check. The nurse escalated to the director what happened he did not even check and just pass the message that if hospital is willing I should just go to the hospital instead.
Went to the hospital because of the pain found out I have a massive hematoma. The doctor in this practice did not even bother checking it first hand to see why I needed a very strong pain relief. I am up for surgery now. I am very disappointed. If there’s a negative star review I would have given it.

First time pregnancy, had to chase up referral for a midwife at the base, when I went in they gave me a referral for my 20 week scan instead of a referral to go to the birth centre where my 20 week scan would be free. I didn’t a referral for the birth centre until 18 weeks. Also, my husband went in with a very sore throat that he had for 2 weeks, wasn’t prescribed anything, just sent home. After going to work two days later it was worse so we went to another clinic, he ended up having swelling in his throat from a viral infection, they prescribed him meds and sent home for at least two days rest. Will not be going back.

Never on time, 1pm appointment an you can wait up to 2 hours before being seen, rude doctors. Spent over a year requesting my medical records be sent to my new doctors and had to ring every week asking what is happening.

Very pleasant service from everyone. First time there and it was for my 18 month old as I needed a appointment straight away. Doctor was very friendly and explained everything very well for me. Very friendly towards my child and a good check up on my child which is what any parent wants. Definitely would recommend.

Has been my go to doctor for ~3 years. Almost always a same day appt with my preferred doctor. Super friendly reception staff and nurses. Have personally never had an issue with this GP.

Bulk billed when you visit multiple times in a short period. Medicare rebate given back immediately after payment if not bulk billed.

My husband went to doctors last week got charged $85 that was ok went today had to wait over an hour to get in it was only for 2scripts was in there for 5 minutes and charged him another $85 we are on a pension and i am his carer its not easy coming up with money like that. We will now have to only go when we are desperately ill as we cannot afford that amount if money especially when its for a five minute consult for scripts he needs. Thats sad when u cant be on top of your health because we cant afford that amount of money when we go. They have great doctors but its sad know body can afford them.
