I attended the PMC this morning. The receptionist was very friendly & welcoming. I was seeing a new Dr as my previous Dr has left the clinic. Dr Wilsmore made me feel welcome & at ease immediately. I have attended this clinic for many years & have no complaints.

Plaza Medical Centre is one of the best medical practices I’ve been to in Coffs Harbour. Dr Alex Kalich is an excellent GP and the receptionists are efficient and lovely - in particular Chantel & Dianne. It’s a tough job and they handle it perfectly. Thoroughly recommend this medical practice

Have chronic back pain and got to the point I was struggling to press in my clutch pedal to go anywhere. Rang and got answering machine but Rang back in ten mins and they helped me a great deal by ;getting me in that afternoon. A big thankyou to everyone there that helped that day. Legends
