Called at 7am when they open, rang and then went to out of office to go through to 123sick instead. Called again and same thing happened twice although it shows on their site they are open! Yesterday I Called same thing and then was on hold for 20 minutes, I gave up and went elsewhere. Long wait hours godforbid if you run late yourself, quick to charge you non attendance even if you reschedule but no reimbursement for their lateness Do better especially charging your own fee on top.

If you care about your health and need to see a doctor for anything more than antibiotics or a referal don’t see Dr. Kalidasen Raja Retnaraja I think he should to be investigated by Medicare, gets patients in and out within a couple minutes like a revolving door , book for a standard consult but wont spend more than a few minutes with you, most of the time less! I have never seen anything like it , rushes the app, cuts you off when speaking, won’t even let you finish telling him your symptoms , dosent look at patient history properly , just fobs you off, clearly just trying to rush the appointment and I know for a fact he double books his appointments …sounds like a money grab to me … i hope his charges to Medicare reflect his consult times .. if you want an app for a repeat script, antibiotics or a referral he’s your guy but if you actually have health problems and want help do not go to him

Wait times are ridiculous at times. Reception staff can be blunt. (I still dont like yelling out my personal details) and long wait times on calls but every clinic is the same. This is the era we live in where people are time poor. Its the system that the government puts in that makes it unattainable for some to visit the drs.

After approaching the receptionist to pay for my appointment, she told me I didn’t need to pay anything.

I walk into my next appointment and they tell me “you forgot to pay for your last appointment”
Which I was told there was no payment to be made. Also when I called the practise back. No answer so great.

Highly disappointed as I always pay promptly with my payments and they made me feel like it was my fault. If I knew I had to pay at the time no probs, just causing small annoyances now

Disgraceful - absolutely useless doctors
my son needed a return to work certificate for his employer.
The doctor keeps cancelling his appointments and have made appointments with other doctors to get this done for him so he can return to work but they keep refusing because they are not his regular doctor- my son keeps paying the fees for absolutely no service whatsoever.

Waited an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment with my 2 and half year old, ended up walking out because the excuse of your next lasted over 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusting. Never going back again.

Ongoing appointments getting cancelled, it's really frustrating 2x in a week I had booked and both been cancelled on their behalf. Not to mention other appointments prior

My partner has been waiting for nearly 30 minutes on hold for someone to answer the phone. Too bad if was important. The phone call was made within working hours. This is ridiculous
