After having to find a new dr after mine had retired, I found Dr Anita Sharma. Wow, such a thorough dr, having a few health issues, many of them under control now with Dr Sharmas help. I have kicked bad habits with help. I feel heard and she genuinely cares about her patients. I'm not rushed which is a bonus and ample parking at the back.

Brian was a patient of Dr Sharma, at Platinum Medical Centre and was so well tended that Bev decided to attend. The results were very good and now Dennis attends as well. We are all, so much better, for having met Dr Sharma and we are happy to travel, for the better care. The environment at Platinum is welcoming and comfortable, the receptionists, very helpful. I have visited many different clinics and have never felt treated as badly as my partner and I were treated at this clinic. First, one of their doctors (Dr. Hunt) saw my husband for pain in his gallbladder and even though he had stones on his ultrasound and he had a lot of pain and had symptoms that something was wrong, the doctor told him to just take Panadol and wait for it to heal itself. Two days later we had to go to the emergency room because his gallbladder was blocked and they had to do emergency surgery. After all, we had to come back here for post-op follow-up and the receptionists treated us rudely and scolded us because we hadn't confirmed the appointment by text, even though they had called us to confirm it days before. You come to these places to try to feel better, but being treated like this makes you feel like they are doing you a favor and not their job.

I would like to thank Dr Jesse and his very able assistant for their care and professionalism during and after my infusion last Wednesday. Both were very gentle and and when the procedure was completed and I was rested for some time, I had no side effects and felt very grateful to them for taking care of me.

I frequently visit there place is nice staff doctors all are good. Only one thing that upset today was it was so busy I got appointment at 11 but got chance to see doctor around 11:45pm. It’s hard when you got busy schedule.

I started coming to this medical centre recently after a stroke. Dr Sharma is a fantastic doctor who is proactive with working with you to get to the root of health issues. The reception staff and nurses are lovely and I have not had to wait for my appointment. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr Sharma for 5+ years and I could never be happier, I trust her practices and suggestions wholeheartedly. All staff are very approachable and extremely easy to book in last minute. Great location for a medical center too.
