Used in home services for my elderly father, and could not recommend against this company enough. Over promised and under delivered. Had multiple issues with multiple support workers on several different occasions. Upon speaking with the support workers most had minimal experience and didn’t actually want to be doing the work, they were using it as a bridge for another job. Also incredibly overpriced.

I have been accessing support from Platinum Healthcare since 2008. In that time I have found the services to be extremely good. I have found the staff to be very caring and well trained. In many cases I have received continuity of staff which has been invaluable as my son is non verbal and austistic. I have had in home respite care including overnight support. I have always been able to receive support when it has been requested and that is why I have been very happy to remain a client of Platinum Healthcare for the past 9 years.

I had the extremely difficult task of moving my 89 year old father from Port Macquarie, NSW to Perth. Finding a suitable Care Provider is hard enough but trying to organise it from another state is nearly impossible. Platinum Healthcare were so helpful even prior to our registration with them. The Manager was very understanding and guided me through the process taking time to discuss all aspects and make recommendations based on my father's needs and my requirements. The entire process from care to meals was organised with ease. The carer is kind, considerate, funny and gets along very well with my father. I receive regular correspondence regarding rosters and am free to contact them at anytime. My father is back home and happy. Thank you, Platinum Healthcare.
