I complained about the quality of the product & that I was getting headaches from trying to get any effects from it & she immediately went into defence mode & threatened to remove me from the platform. Personally I find it hard to believe this group has any concern for patients. The only concern is $$$ ! Well your threat has been heard & Ignored !!!

I’ve been with PlantMed for a couple of years now and they have been consistently amazing. I’ve never had one bad interaction from any of the staff and I’ve always been impressed with the doctors’ knowledge and understanding. No idea what the 1 starers are on about tbh. The PlantMed team gave me a life I could only dream of! I never thought I’d ever be able to work but here I am killing it working full time and now living in the CBD, pun totally intended. They helped me find the perfect dosage of oils and the best flower for my pain needs and I trust their guidance fully.

Very unreliable, been with for 3 years you think you would get some sort of service , spent approximately 30k on medication and still no service, no chance I’m just a Number , seem to make they own rules about the oil also , just to make the coin. Will definitely be looking elsewhere. So much for loyalty, like others have said all about the MONEY

Have never been with such an incompentant company and never complain to Dr Tah coz I did he then wanted to cut from 90g from 40g even tho nothing had changed. Not a man of great mannerism

Very expensive company to do this through and feel they are just adding you as another number.
Once on their system I now wait two weeks to have a consultation to place an order for scripts that have been worked through with the doctor prior.
I have spent over $1000 on consult fees only and had only 2 scripts processed during this time.
Definitely would recommend trying another company first. More about the money than the patient

At first was very happy with the service, however, they habitually scheduled appointments that were WAY outside my treatment zone so that I would be without meds for weeks. Very frustrated after first time to be back in the EXACT same boat. I'm leaving THIS clinic to go somewhere else. The thing is, yes they are more expensive than others, they have a clunky dispensary as you get zero input into products, i have zero idea what their range is. No visibility. If you're going to charge market leading rates, better have market leading service and processes. The processes at this clinic are the biggest issue for me. They are broken and more clients (growth) exacerbates that issue. I feel like I wasted money and my time.

While I find your response almost laughable, I do find it curious how you’re still legitimately running a business with the reviewers who also, agree that your service is appalling and that you care more about money than you do the well being and in going treatment of your patients . Thank you for caring about my mental health, and the impact your medical negligence causes patience of which results in reactive behaviour that could’ve been avoided if you had half a heart or any shred of integrity or interest in the Hippocratic oath. I clearly made a memorable impact; or do you simply clearly remember the way you treat people and the damaging result despite being a doctor and knowing your patients medical history and mental health history before posting it publicly to Google? I hope I did make an impact, and I hope my words reach your better half of you have one. so… maybe you could perhaps learn from this experience in your personal life too. Not very good, still waiting for a follow up call regarding my script from 2023, there is other cheaper providers out there and ones that will actually call you back within a day or so.....and I'm still waiting for that phone call...
