I went there today the receptionist was very polite and lovely. It was very good that every patient had to make a booking prior. I was so happy that I was able to find a medical centre to go to last minute. Thank you so much for everything Pioneer team 🙏🏻 keep up the good work🙏🏻and thank you so much to the lovely receptionist

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this clinic. I visited on Wednesday to address a persistent ringing and pulsing noise in my ear. Unfortunately, Dr. Anawar Begum was unprofessional, smirking and laughing at my concerns instead of offering the guidance and assistance I needed. This behavior made me feel dismissed and gaslighted. When I requested a blood test due to suspected hormonal changes, she condescendingly asked if I had self-diagnosed using Google. This is unacceptable and unhelpful behaviour from a medical professional.

Additionally, when I called the receptionist to escalate my concerns and speak with someone in a higher position or the owner, she informed me that she owns the clinic. This further compounded my frustration and disappointment with the overall experience. This is unacceptable and unhelpful behaviour from a medical professional and a healthcare establishment.

Edit: This medical clinic has really turned around and improved their services. Waiting times have been improved but could be better, specially if you’re booking appointments in advance. Otherwise all in all its good clinic. Specially thank Dr Anwara Begum for her services.

I live in Merrylands and have been there with my family multiple times, this is by far one of the poorest Medical center. Some doctors are good but some have no idea what they are doing. I wonder how they end up being a doctor and specially in Australia.
A nurse who was taking blood sample of wife has left severe bruises because she was totally naive and UNPROFESSIONAL.
No greetings, no ethics, trying to figure out problem non existent. They simply dont put efforts. You’ve to self explore your problems and tell them. Avoid!

Worst male doctors at this practice i don’t understand how can be called a “doctor” he treat you terribly if you are a woman he start to rise his voice at me and not letting me speak at all! I call for my anxiety and after having a consult with him i ended up worst and in tears, i don’t understand how a country like this can give license to doctors like them.
He yelled at me the whole time while the consult last,and when I yelled back at him he was like “you are abusing me” excuse me i wont let anyone to treat me like this,i pay all my taxes and medicare levy i am entitled to receive a proper medical consultation,I DONT RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL CENTRE AT ALL!!! there is so many doctors out there polite with good manners willing to help you out.

They make easy and efficient process!Started from called them for appointment,then serving our kids for medical check with Dr.Amin.The nurse that update the immunisation for our kids is so helpful and kind.Thank you for Sandra for your friendliness and warm customer service!5stars!

I had pneumonia, was literally dying, I had such bad pains when breathing & so many other symptoms. I went to the indian/muslim older female doctor, she laughed in my face and told me to take codral most likely because i’m young she didn’t take me seriously. Absolutely disgusting, made me feel horrible about myself and I could’ve died because she was useless and so rude. Had to go to another doctor for help.

Had very bad experience with receptionist as I attended for my vaccine, I entered to book for vaccine and 4 times they did completely wrong, either wasn’t available my appointment or was wrong date and time, been very rude especially arab lady. I didn’t pick her name but I saw her couple times and she was very very rude. Only reception staff 1 person I think her name is Sandra she was very lovely and punctual. Worst experience ever I had in 13 years while I am living in Australia . If your life and health is important don’t ever go to this medical centre.
